Strategic Account Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Strategic Account Manager to join our regional team. This person will be responsible for driving Resmed brand prescriptions and managing strong relationships with our company's key clients.

The ideal candidate for this role would be located within a reasonable distance of Greenville, SC.

Key deliverables include planning, positioning and strategic marketing of Resmed solutions with referral sources, including but not limited to physicians, sleep labs and other. In addition, building rapport with clients to drive adoption of Resmed brand as clinical preference.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive durable Resmed brand prescriptions, identify referral opportunities, and increase patient funnel by leverage existing solutions
  • Develop and maintain solid relationships and engagement with clients to drive Resmed branded prescriptions as direct clinical and operational preference
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of client and patients' needs to instill Resmed branded solutions from beginning to end of patient's journey and to reduce fallout in the patient journey
  • Shift client's clinical preference from diagnosis basis to patient's long-term success
  • Plan and execute strategies with specialists to drive client adoption of Resmed branded solutions
  • Collaborate with support teams through sales process and long-term implementation of solution(s) using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Professionally represent Resmed as the subject matter expert on the broad portfolio of products and solutions.

    • Proactively manage employee issues by having regular one on one conversations with every employee on your team

    • When necessary, deliver coaching conversations, warnings, and terminations with sufficient evidence and documentation that protects the business and the employee’s experience

  • Financial Performance

    • Closely manage your store’s controllable profit areas: sales, labor, and COGS

    • Work closely with your team to build customer relationships and seek out revenue drivers outside of the 4-walls of the store 

    • Work closely with your team to build efficient schedules based on the needs of the business, using data to drive your decisions

    • Manage weekly payroll reconciliation ensuring hours and tip distribution are 100% accurate

    • Manage cash handling responsibilities including cash drawer counts, safe reconciliation, and bank deposits

    • Actively monitor inventory/waste levels and ordering activity to ensure your location has sufficient product for service without exceeding your COGS targets

    • Ensure monthly inventory counts are completed and submitted accurately

  • This is a hands-on role and a Store Leader is expected to work alongside their teams to drive revenue, efficiency, and profitability. Setting and leading by example is what will drive your success

  • There is no set schedule for this role. A Store Leader is expected to use their best judgment to actively be in their store based on the needs of the business and the development of their people. This includes active oversight on early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
