Job Details

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare monthly and quarterly invoices and other reporting for contracts.
Maintain tracking systems of contracts monthly billing and redesign as needed to ensure proper invoicing.
Manage, update, and oversee maintenance and organization of all grant documents (e.g., narratives, financials, agreements, amendments, reports, and invoices) in electronic filing systems.
Review and maintain monthly expenses and salary allocation reports and supporting documentation.
Assist with the preparation of contract budgets and budget modifications.
Assist with agency audits, contract annual audits, and oversee interim monitoring visits and document preparation as needed.
Follow up with contract representatives on contract billing issues.
Collaborate with the Development & Program teams in developing budgets for grant proposals and expenditure reports.
Develop and maintain controls that support identifying potential issues early in the life cycle of an active award – budget variance reports, forecasts, sub-recipient monitoring and activity reports, funding availability reports, etc.
Monitor contract accounts receivable and communicate with funders as necessary.
Prioritize assignments to keep multiple projects moving promptly and to meet internal and external deadlines.

Role Summary:
The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting inventory accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliation activities across a complex operational network. This role partners closely with accounting and operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy, analyze financial data, resolve discrepancies, support month-end close, and maintain compliance with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead inventory reconciliation activities by reviewing discrepancies, identifying root causes, and ensuring timely resolution of variances. Required Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Serve as the primary tax contact for assigned monthly accounting clients and provide proactive year-round tax support
  • Coordinate with accounting/bookkeeping teams to ensure monthly financials support accurate tax reporting and planning

Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair production equipment such as: press, baggers, sealers, conveyors, printers. Ensures their proper care, use, and storage.
Preventive Maintenance and repairs: manufacturing support equipment: air compressors, boilers, fans, pumps.
Maintain and update required record and filing systems as required, update information about replenishing parts and supplies inventory.

Qualifications:
A proven, excellent safety and attendance record.
High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
3+ years’ experience in maintenance procedures and shop practices or technical trade school graduate.
Practical knowledge of utilities equipment and the use of power tools in manufacturing.
Experienced and knowledgeable of manufacturing support systems, steam, hydraulics, pneumatics, heating and cooling. Experienced in industrial electrical troubleshooting.
Basic electronic troubleshooting and basic computer skills.
Knowledge of Work Order program for equipment and machinery.

What You’ll Do
  • Keep our production floor running strong by maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and more).
  • Support continuous improvement by recommending changes to tooling, fixtures, and processes that improve quality and safety.
  • Perform inspections, adjustments, and repairs on a wide range of manufacturing and support equipment.
  • Champion safety by following lockout/tagout and OSHA standards 100% of the time.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Play a critical role in ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.

What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in automotive or plastics manufacturing.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and water systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics.
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA guidelines.
  • Computer literacy with CMMS software (Fiix or similar) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Physical Requirements
  • Stand for extended periods (3–4 hours at a time).
  • Regularly lift and carry up to 55 lbs.
  • Ability to push, pull, bend, and work in a physically active environment.

Responsibilities:
As a Tax Principal, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Leading and managing our company's tax planning, compliance, and provision activities.
2. Providing expert guidance on tax law and regulations, ensuring our company is compliant and up-to-date with all relevant tax laws.
3. Advising on tax implications of business decisions and identifying tax-saving opportunities.
4. Overseeing the preparation and review of income tax returns, quarterly and annual financial reports.
5. Developing and implementing strategic tax planning for all necessary federal and state taxes.
6. Liaising with tax authorities and external auditors, representing the company during tax audits and disputes.
7. Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes, improve reporting, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
8. Staying abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring our company's tax policies and strategies are compliant.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Tax Principal position should possess the following qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. An advanced degree such as a Master's degree in Taxation or a CPA is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a tax principal or similar role is required. Experience in a public accounting firm is a plus.
3. In-depth knowledge of tax law, tax advisory, tax accounting, and financial reporting.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex tax information in a clear and concise manner.
7. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
