Job Title

In this job you install technology equipment inside our client's restaurants. We service a lot of large fast-food chains. You will fly or drive each week to the job site for the week. You show up at the restaurant as it is closing for the night and your install is performed while it is closed. Depending on the brand you may leave when it is done or you may stay until they open for breakfast to make sure everything functions. You'll sleep at the hotel during the day and then do another install the next night. A typical week you might leave out on a Sunday or a Monday and return on a Thursday or Friday. We provide you a company credit card to cover your expenses and our internal travel agent books all of the travel and rental cars ahead of time for you.

The position is full-time. We also offer health, dental, vision, life, short and long term disability, and 401K contribution. In cases where you would drive to a job, we would provide mileage reimbursement. This position is classified as safety-sensitive and involves operating a company vehicle. Pre-employment drug screening is required, including testing for marijuana, and will be conducted in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws. A negative result is required for employment in this safety-sensitive role.

Phlebotomists With Corporate Wellness Or Biometric Screening Experience

Integrated Health 21 (IH21) is a leading provider of worksite wellness screenings and vaccination clinics across the continental United States. Headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, with offices in New York, Wisconsin, and Ohio, IH21 partners with employers and insurance companies to deliver customized health and wellness events. We are seeking skilled, professional Phlebotomists with corporate wellness or biometric screening experience to support our on-site employee health screening events. This role is engaged on an as-needed basis and is classified as a 1099 independent contractor position.

Events are generally conducted during early mornings and daytime hours on weekdays, offering a flexible schedule for supplemental work.

To perform health risk screening assessments and provide clear, supportive counseling on screening results at employee health screening events.

Primary duties and responsibilities include:

• Welcome participants and guide them through the screening process
• Obtain height (stadiometer) and weight measurements
• Measure resting blood pressure using a manual cuff
• Perform fingerstick blood collection and operate Cholestech LDX/CardioChek equipment accurately
• Assess lipid panel and glucose results
• Perform venipuncture blood draws (when required) within two attempts
• Accurately document screening data via paper forms or electronic tablets
• Complete basic data entry using electronic systems
• Assist with troubleshooting screening or equipment issues
• Support setup, breakdown, and transport of screening equipment
• Assist with medical emergencies (e.g., fainting, hypoglycemia, seizures, syncope, cardiac arrest), including initiating emergency response and providing CPR as needed
• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality standards
• Perform additional screening modalities or duties as trained and assigned

Physical demands include:

• Ability to work in a variety of client-site environments
• Stand for up to 6 hours
• Bend, lift, and carry supplies and equipment (up to 30 lbs; push/pull up to 50 lbs)
• Use arms to properly operate screening equipment (e.g., stadiometer)
• Navigate stairs while transporting equipment
• Safely assist participants during medical emergencies as required by protocol

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Completion of a phlebotomy or medical assistant program preferred
• Completion of a nursing program preferred

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required
• Previous biometric screening experience preferred
• Current CPR/BLS Certification required
• Current phlebotomy and/or medical certification preferred or as required by state regulations
• Experience obtaining anthropometric measurements (manual BP, height, weight, BMI)
• Proven proficiency in venipuncture and/or fingerstick capillary blood draws in accordance with regulatory and infection control standards
• Ability to independently perform all clinical duties and exercise sound clinical judgment

Responsibilities

• Provide laser hair removal treatments: Perform all laser hair removal treatments within established medical treatment protocols. Educate patients on laser hair removal pre/post treatment care recommendations. Record clear and accurate medical documentation in patient charts. Handle client information privately and respectfully in compliance with HIPAA. Ensure a professional, clean work environment to include prepping the treatment room in between clients. Provide world class customer service to clients.
• Drive Sales: Encourage clients to complete online reviews. Engage with clients to discuss laser hair removal results and suggest additional areas to get treated, per the Milan Upsell Best Practices.
• Operational Duties: Clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure proper functionality. Schedule and confirm appointments, communicate with clients and maintain and update client records, field incoming calls, and support medical staff with treatment room upkeep, perform opening and closing duties and process client financial transactions.
• Other Duties: Performs additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives

Requirements

• Current applicable Registered Nurse (RN) license that is in good standing required
• Possess phenomenal customer service skills and a passion for providing excellent patient care required
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written required
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information required
• Ability to display a passion for the aesthetics industry required
• After successful completion of provider training within 90-days of hire or transfer date, demonstrate ability to train new providers required
