In this job you install technology equipment inside our client's restaurants. We service a lot of large fast-food chains. You will fly or drive each week to the job site for the week. You show up at the restaurant as it is closing for the night and your install is performed while it is closed. Depending on the brand you may leave when it is done or you may stay until they open for breakfast to make sure everything functions. You'll sleep at the hotel during the day and then do another install the next night. A typical week you might leave out on a Sunday or a Monday and return on a Thursday or Friday. We provide you a company credit card to cover your expenses and our internal travel agent books all of the travel and rental cars ahead of time for you.

The position is full-time. We also offer health, dental, vision, life, short and long term disability, and 401K contribution. In cases where you would drive to a job, we would provide mileage reimbursement. This position is classified as safety-sensitive and involves operating a company vehicle. Pre-employment drug screening is required, including testing for marijuana, and will be conducted in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws. We are seeking skilled, professional Phlebotomists with corporate wellness or biometric screening experience to support our on-site employee health screening events. This role is engaged on an as-needed basis and is classified as a 1099 independent contractor position.

Events are generally conducted during early mornings and daytime hours on weekdays, offering a flexible schedule for supplemental work.

To perform health risk screening assessments and provide clear, supportive counseling on screening results at employee health screening events.

Primary duties and responsibilities include:

  • Welcome participants and guide them through the screening process
  • Obtain height (stadiometer) and weight measurements
  • Measure resting blood pressure using a manual cuff
  • Perform fingerstick blood collection and operate Cholestech LDX/CardioChek equipment accurately
  • Assess lipid panel and glucose results
  • Perform venipuncture blood draws (when required) within two attempts
  • Accurately document screening data via paper forms or electronic tablets
  • Complete basic data entry using electronic systems
  • Assist with troubleshooting screening or equipment issues
  • Support setup, breakdown, and transport of screening equipment
  • Assist with medical emergencies (e.g., fainting, hypoglycemia, seizures, syncope, cardiac arrest), including initiating emergency response and providing CPR as needed
  • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality standards
  • Perform additional screening modalities or duties as trained and assigned

Physical demands include:

  • Ability to work in a variety of client-site environments
  • Stand for up to 6 hours
  • Bend, lift, and carry supplies and equipment (up to 30 lbs; push/pull up to 50 lbs)
  • Use arms to properly operate screening equipment (e.g., stadiometer)

  • Utilize production resources efficiently and follow the production schedule.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of products to customers.
  • Set, enforce, and provide training on safety guidelines for all employees.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
  • Oversee proper maintenance and care of all machinery, tools, forklifts, racks, and equipment.
  • Communicate production issues, concerns, and changes to Logistics Supervisors, other Production Supervisors, and the Production Manager.
  • Verify time sheets for accuracy and complete all required paperwork.
  • Conduct weekly safety meetings and attend all required management meetings.
  • Lead and motivate production personnel to achieve optimal results.
  • Support GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards, including proper use of PPE such as hairnets, beard nets, earplugs, and safety glasses.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • At least 1 year of manufacturing engineering experience with beverage, food, or liquid consumer products is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of GMPs, sanitation standards, and FDA requirements.
  • Familiarity with multiple production lines and equipment (debagging, tray packaging, fillers, labelers, palletizers, conveyors).
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Previous supervisory experience required.
  • Strong facilitation and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and multiple shifts as needed.

  • Participate in the growth of our new heavy-duty service lane, contributing your expertise to support fleet and commercial clients

  • Maintain Chrysler training and certifications, with full support from the dealership
