Core Job Duties and Responsibilities:

3. Performs sleep studies in accordance with the policy and procedure guidelines of the Sleep Evaluation Center, at the bedside and in critical care areas of the hospital.

4. Prepares initial data for use by the physician in the formulation of sleep reports according to established department guidelines.

5. Uses AIDET Communications Process (acknowledge, introduce, duration, explanation and thank you) and informs the patient and family regarding the nature and significance of the study performed.

6. Accurately observes, records, and reports all patient concerns, symptoms, and reactions in a timely manner.

7. Demonstrates the knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possesses the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interprets the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs, and to provide the care needed as described in the department policies and procedures.

8. Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of the equipment, procedure rooms and work areas of the Sleep Evaluation Center.

9. Maintains CEU requirements and participates in department education and in-services.

10. Assists in the instruction and hands-on technical training of trainees, house-staff, and medical staff both inside and outside of the institution.

11. Participates in meeting the goals and objectives of the work unit and department by volunteering to assist co-workers, contributing ideas and problem solving with co-workers, as observed by supervision.

12. Scores sleep studies according to American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) guidelines.

The role of the Independent Cleaning Contractor (IC) is to be responsible for hands-on cleaning at commercial accounts, and once the account is mastered, assist in the management and supervision of the daily operations of any new cleaning staff you may train and bring on board; and to perform the duties of cleaners in their absence.

Additionally, if you possess sales skills, we will offer you the opportunity to assist with prospective client visits, performing a walkthrough of their facility, and estimation of cleaning production time and materials for that location.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  1. Learn the account requirements and ensure proper work coverage. Works as an Independent contractor (IC) demonstrating ability to perform work scope. This may include, but is not limited to: trash removal, dusting, disinfecting, mopping, sweeping, backpack carpet vacuuming, servicing restrooms, client supply inventory management, window washing, carpet cleaning, mechanical scrubber, cleaning production rate estimation, etc.
  2. Find and define problems, resolve issues, and use these in making appropriate recommendations to 360clean office staff, cleaning staff, and/or customer contact to exercise continuous quality improvement.
  3. Addresses customer concerns and inquiries and reports any new or changing job/work orders.
  4. Ensure approved supply and equipment is provided (must have own equipment and cleaning chemicals) and ensures proper usage and keeps tools in good repair. Maintains backpack vacuum cleaner, mop/bucket, launders mop heads and microfiber cloths.
  5. Ensures appropriate chemical labeling, dilution, and storage requirements are conducted in accordance with company, customer and OSHA standards.
  6. On the job training for helper cleaners to job-specific tasks.
  7. Participates in ensuring effective communication and distribution of information to customers and helper cleaners.
  8. Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies, customer’s rules and regulations and applicable laws when needed.
  9. Assists with administrative tasks involving custodial personnel and facilities as directed.
  10. Coordinates, assigns and inspects the work of assigned custodial staff, including regular review and revisions of custodial task assignment sheets. Provides guidance and training as needed.
  11. Coordinates regular and substitute cleaning team member staff coverage.
  12. Develops and implements 360clean JaniMed custodial cleaning procedures, routines and training as necessary. 
Qualifications:


  1. Valid Driver’s License
  2. Minimum 1 - 3 years Commerical Cleaning or Cleaning Supervisor experience. Medical Facility or Hospital Cleaning experience is a PLUS.
  3. Must pass a background check
  4. Must have the ability to work unsupervised, and check your own work
  5. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, sales skills are a plus
