About the Role

Base salary will generally fall between 153,000 - 201,317 before adjustment for geographic differences.

This is a highly visible executive sales leadership role with significant earnings potential through Tyler's performance-based incentive program. Total compensation is designed to reward leaders who consistently deliver revenue growth, customer retention, and business results.

The Vice President of Sales is responsible for leading Tyler's ERP Pro and Municipal Justice sales organizations to drive recurring revenue growth, customer retention, and market expansion. This leader is responsible for achieving annual revenue targets exceeding $20 million through new customer acquisition, customer expansion, and retention across the ERP Pro and Municipal Justice portfolios.

This leader oversees the inside sales, outside sales, and solutions engineering functions, with direct responsibility for a team of over 45 sales professionals. The role requires a highly engaged and hands-on sales leader who builds accountability, strengthens execution discipline, develops leaders, and creates a high-performance culture while maintaining strong visibility into customers, opportunities, and sales execution.

In addition to leading the commercial organization, the Sales VP partners closely with Marketing to shape and execute market messaging, demand generation strategy, and go-to-market initiatives. This role also collaborates extensively with leaders across Application Support, Technical Support, Professional Services, Training, Product Management and Product Development, to ensure strong customer outcomes, effective market positioning, and sustained retention.

Revenue Growth & Sales Leadership

Responsible for driving recurring revenue growth, market expansion, forecasting accuracy, and sales execution across the ERP Pro and Municipal Justice portfolios

  • Own recurring revenue growth performance across the ERP Pro and Municipal Justice software portfolio, including new customer acquisition, expansion revenue, and retention
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
  • Establish sales targets, pipeline expectations, forecasting discipline, and performance metrics across all commercial functions
  • Maintain governance over deal qualification to ensure opportunities pursued are a strong strategic and operational fit
  • Support strategic modernization initiatives that drive recurring revenue growth, customer adoption, and long-term platform evolution
  • Lead forecasting accuracy, pipeline inspection, deal progression, and revenue attainment reviews
  • Establish and maintain high standards for CRM data quality, pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and sales process adherence

  • Partner closely with Marketing leadership to define and execute messaging strategy, demand generation initiatives, campaign priorities, and market positioning

Required Qualifications

  • Significant experience leading enterprise software sales organizations, including multiple years in senior sales leadership roles with responsibility for revenue growth, forecasting, talent development, and organizational performance.
  • Demonstrated success scaling recurring revenue businesses and consistently exceeding growth targets
  • Demonstrated success leading managers of managers within a complex sales organization
  • Strong understanding of the public sector, particularly local government agencies, and familiarity with ERP and municipal justice solutions

This position is responsible for leading the Miami Gala and Palm Beach Special Events, as well as other constituent engagement and fundraising activities. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Achieve the revenue goals for assigned fundraising events in the Palm Beach and Miami markets. Current portfolio goal is $375,000.

•    Execute events in partnership with volunteer leadership, specifically managing committee recruitment and retention.

  • Provide quality landscaping installation and enhancement services.
  • Ensuring the crew works in a safe environment, efficiently, and as punctually as possible
  • Communicates goals with the crew members
  • Directly develop and train crew members
  • Managing large-scale soft and hardscaping installation projects under the direction of the operations manager
  • Actively assist crew with the installation of trees, shrubs, perennials, the annual prunings, and the removal of plants, shrubs, ground cover, etc.
  • Knowledge of hardscaping installation practices, such as pavers and retaining walls
  • Can read landscaping blueprints
  • Can operate large and small engine machinery
  • Can conduct job site inspections
  • Can utilize landscaping software such as Aspire
  • Maintain a record of job expenses and materials
  • Ensures the trailers, job sites, vehicles, and office are clean and organized

You may be a good fit if you are:

  • At least eighteen (18) years and older
  • Capable of working in a team environment
  • Able to motivate fellow crew members
  • Capable of exercising leadership capabilities
  • 2+ years of experience managing multiple landscape installations for commercial customers.
  • Knowledge of horticultural and Landscape Installation
  • Knowledge of construction site policies and procedures
  • Previous hardscape experience and ICPI certification would be beneficial.
  • Demonstrates dependability; consistently at work and on time, responds to management direction, and commits to the required hours for job completion that will vary based on weather/season.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to solve conflicts while keeping emotions under control
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English; bilingual in Spanish, very valuable, but not required.
