Position Purpose:
Food and food service delivery Drivers fulfill a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. Our delivery drivers not only make sure the customers’ products arrive at their destination at the arranged times and in good condition, but they are the face of our company – building lasting relationships with our customers!

As a Driver, Shuttle, you will play a vital role in the operation of our business by transporting empty trailers to the Operating Company warehouse locations and turn around and deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yard locations. The Driver, Shuttle drives a tandem trailer, tractor trailer and/or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes for the purpose of transporting empty trailers to the Operating Company warehouse locations. Turns around and delivers full trailers with various products to domicile/shuttle yard locations in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
  • Performs all required safety checks (i.e., pre/post trip) including inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations; inspects tractor/truck and trailer to insure they meet company safety standards and take appropriate action as needed.
  • Reports all safety issues and/or repairs required.
  • Follows all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies. Immediately reports all safety hazards. Inspects trailer for properly loaded and secured freight.
  • Ensures all required route paperwork is with tractor trailer load and available to driver upon dispatch.
  • Drives and delivers trailers according to predetermined route schedule.
  • Performs hook/unhook procedures per safety guidelines.
  • Parks and stores tractor trailers in designated areas.
  • Ensures all equipment and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured.
  • Collects and secures damaged goods and customer returns in empty trailer to bring back to driver check-in at base facility and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Unloads all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required.
  • Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
  • Performs general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

Valid CDL A

Must be 21 years of age

Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)

Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years

Work required 3rd shift schedule, Sunday –Thursday
nights (schedules may vary)

Pass pre-employment drug test

Pass road test

Valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure
new DOT Health Card

Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or
other equipment to move and/or stack product

Claims Coordinator

The Claims Coordinator is responsible for processing defective goods in JDA, submitting necessary paperwork to vendors, and ensuring timely credit is received and processed in Accounting. The Claims Coordinator will provide direct support in areas of financial reporting including creating monthly journal entries, preparing balance sheet account reconciliations, and providing assistance to the Accounts Payable (A/P) department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Claims

  • Provide support to stores that goes above and beyond. This may include (but is not limited to) answering questions related to the defective goods and warehouse claims processes, working with store teams to obtain necessary information to submit claims to vendors, and ensuring all defective goods are accurately returned using the correct code at POS.
  • Maintain the defective PO process in JDA for all Ace Policy A items. This includes verifying that defective records generate properly.
  • Check daily reporting to determine all Ace Policy B and C items that have been returned defective. Submit all necessary claims paperwork to vendors for eligible Policy B and C items. Follow up with vendors as needed to ensure that credit is received in a timely manner.
  • Aid Merchandising with vendor recalls and buybacks. This may include building instructions for stores, adjusting inventory, monitoring inbound credits, and following up with the vendor as needed.
  • Work with Accounting team to properly allocate incoming credits to the correct GL account.
  • Contact direct-pay vendors to obtain credits for shortages and damaged items.
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping of all claims submitted to verify that all expected credits are received.
  • Monitor total dollars of claims and on-hand adjustments to look for stores that may fall significantly above or below the chain average. Determine root cause and work with store team, Loss Prevention and Operations to correct any procedural issues.
  • Review system reports and verify all items that are adjusted are under the correct reason code and that a matching warehouse claim has been filed if applicable.
  • Provide monthly presentation to stakeholders regarding contract fulfillment status and collections.

Balance Sheet Reconciliations

  • Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and adjustment journal entries as necessary for assigned accounts.

Assist A/P Department

  • Provide assistance to the A/P Department with coding and processing credit memos.

Minimum Skills, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Associates Degree in Accounting or 2+ years' experience in Accounting or related field.
  • Proficiency MS Excel including the ability to collect and organize large amounts of data using pivot tables, vlookups and other Excel tools.
  • Must be a self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills along with excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.

Corpay is currently looking to hire an Account Configuration Team Lead. In this role, the Account Configuration Team Lead will support the day-to-day execution of customer account configuration, onboarding, and training activities while serving as a senior resource and escalation point for the Account Configuration Group.

The Account Configuration Team Lead will help ensure customers can successfully adopt and use the products they purchase by supporting accurate backend configuration, validating customer setup requirements, assisting with case prioritization, and helping team members resolve configuration or onboarding issues. This role works closely with internal product, support, implementation, operations, and project management teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and timely customer setup.

In addition to completing account configuration work, this role will help delegate incoming case work, monitor queue health, support quality assurance, coach team members, and identify opportunities to improve ACG processes, documentation, and training standards.

As an Account Configuration Team Lead, you will be expected to work in a remote environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing company-issued equipment and formal, hands-on training.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Gathering, verifying, and validating customer information needed for account setup
  • Reviewing incoming customer configuration requests to confirm required documentation, setup templates, customer data, banking information, and implementation details are complete before work begins
  • Entering, configuring, and updating customer data within backend systems
  • Ensuring seamless integrations and proper system setup for customer accounts
  • Delegating and prioritizing ACG case work based on queue volume, case complexity, customer urgency, team capacity, and implementation timelines
  • Serving as a first point of escalation for ACG team members, project managers, and internal partners when configuration questions, documentation gaps, system issues, or process blockers arise
  • Supporting quality assurance by reviewing completed configuration work, identifying errors or gaps, providing feedback, and helping ensure corrective action is completed before go-live
  • Monitoring case progression through the appropriate workflow stages and helping ensure cases are moved forward accurately and on time
  • Conducting live training sessions focused on product usage, workflows, and best practices
  • Supporting customer Readiness Reviews and go-live activities by helping validate setup, configuration, workflow, banking, and remittance requirements
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve configuration issues and optimize onboarding processes
  • Coaching and mentoring ACG team members by answering process questions, sharing best practices, and supporting team development
  • Maintaining detailed documentation of configurations, customer interactions, process decisions, and escalation outcomes
  • Identifying recurring configuration issues, documentation gaps, training needs, or process improvement opportunities and escalating recommendations to leadership
  • Acting as a backup resource for complex account configuration work when needed
  • Promoting a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused team environment
