Culinary Supervisor

The Culinary Supervisor position will report to the Concessions Chef and will be responsible to coordinate the day to day operations of their assigned kitchens.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Follows Executive Chef and/or Sous Chefs assignments for opening and closing procedures and food preparation. Report back to Chefs daily on progress and needs.
  • Leads a team with respect and commitment to exceeding guest expectations daily.
  • Performs daily uniform checks with staff and help Chefs to maintain standards in the kitchen.
  • Ensures assigned staff are preparing food items by complying with portion size, quality standards, departmental rules, policies and procedures.
  • Maintains HACCP standards ensuring a high-quality level of food, food temperatures, rotation of product, cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Maintains cleanliness of kitchen including walk-in coolers, dry storage, shelves, walls, floors and drains.
  • Ensures all food preparation equipment is clean, sanitized and is kept in a safe and operable condition; and reports issues to the Chefs.
  • Identifies and stores meats, poultry, seafood, pasta, starches, dairy products, and all other food items according to established standards.
  • Participate in inventory monthly for department of responsibility.
  • Participates as a team player with specific responsibilities, as related to preparation, excellent service and delivery of product.
  • Adhere to the Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Professional training through a culinary education or working in a fast-paced, high-volume fine dining restaurant/catering facility; full service casual dining preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials and services offered.
  • Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, team orientated setting.
  • Ability to read, speak and write in English.
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.

Johnnie-O is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to deliver an exceptional customer experience, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the store. This role is key to creating a welcoming, on-brand environment where customers feel connected to both the product and the Johnnie-O lifestyle.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome every customer with a friendly, authentic approach that reflects the Johnnie-O brand.
  • Listen and connect with customers to understand their needs, style preferences, and fit requirements.
  • Provide knowledgeable feedback and personalized styling suggestions.
  • Share product knowledge, new arrivals, and upcoming events to keep customers engaged.
  • Maintain a client book and follow up with customers to build long-term relationships.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals.
  • Contribute to store sales by proactively engaging customers and recommending additional products.
  • Participate in outreach, appointment-based selling, and event support to grow the customer base.
  • Ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Assist in restocking, re-merchandising, and setting seasonal floor changes.
  • Support accurate inventory management and communicate stock needs to leadership.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, including returns and exchanges.
  • Follow cash handling procedures and maintain accuracy in the POS system.
  • Assist with back of house/replenishment responsibilities, price changes, markdowns, transfers, and other operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of retail or customer service experience, ideally in apparel or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine ability to connect with people.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
