The community, which offers a quiet suburban feel with easy access to urban amenities, has been frequently ranked as one of the best places to live in America.

The Horsham Water and Sewer Authority provides water and sewer service to approximately 9,100 residential and commercial customers located in the Township of Horsham. Water service is provided by a combination of up to 15 groundwater wells, two interconnections with the North Wales Water and Authority and one interconnection with Aqua Pennsylvania, distributed via some 155 miles of its transmission and distribution systems. Wastewater service is provided via a 145 mile sanitary sewer collection and conveyance system which conveys flows to two separate treatment facilities. The western portion of the Township is served via the Authority owned Park Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant which is rated at 2.25 MGD. Wastewater from the eastern portion of the Township is conveyed to the neighboring Upper Moreland-Hatboro Joint Sewer Authority’s Terwood Road Treatment Plant. The Authority employs a staff of 25.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Management, Engineering or a closely related field along with seven years of progressively responsible leadership experience in wastewater/water utility management, municipal authority management, or local government administration. Highly focused and mission driven. Availability to respond to emergencies and attend public meetings or community events outside of normal business hours. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of Software.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree in relevant field, Pennsylvania DEP Water and/or Wastewater Operator Certification.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Performance Analytics team

Required Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales analytics, commercial analytics, or business intelligence
  • Health plan/payer or large provider systems knowledge and experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience setting strategic direction and leading teams
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior sales leadership to define KPI\'s, improve forecasting, and turn analytics into actionable sales strategies
  • Strong technical and analytical capability in tools such as Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Excel and data visualization platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4-5 years within a Sales or Sales Enablement organization
  • Strong understanding of the Aetna Healthcare Business
  • 3+ years in people leadership

Education

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$100,000.00 - $231,540.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company\'s equity award program.
