Position Summary

The Sales Performance Analytics Leader leads a team of Data Engineers and BI Developers while shaping a more strategic, product and outcome-oriented analytics capability across the commercial sales environment. This role is responsible for advancing analytics, forecasting, and AI-enabled insights that drive business outcomes, strengthen decision-making, and support evolving enterprise priorities while staying closely connected to Field needs. This leader sets direction for the team, establishes priorities, and ensures high-quality execution across analytics products, dashboard enhancements, and reporting solutions. The role balances day-to-day delivery with longer-term capability building, ensuring the DataMart and related analytics assets remain scalable, reliable, and aligned to business goals. What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Performance Analytics team

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior sales leadership to define KPI\'s, improve forecasting, and turn analytics into actionable sales strategies

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$100,000.00 - $231,540.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company\'s equity award program.
