Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company\'s equity award program.

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager – Data to drive the strategy and delivery of scalable data products that support enterprise applications, analytics, reporting, and operational workflows. This role partners closely with business leaders, engineering, architecture, and operations teams to build and enhance modern cloud-based data capabilities.

Location: Boston, MA — Hybrid: Tuesday - Thursday. Employment type: Full-time. Salary range: $170,000 – $185,000 plus additional compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the roadmap for enterprise data products and APIs.
  • Prioritize initiatives that improve data accessibility, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with engineering teams to deliver secure and scalable data solutions.
  • Manage product backlogs, requirements, and success metrics.
  • Collaborate across business and technology teams to support enterprise-wide data initiatives.

Qualifications / Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Business Analysis, or a related leadership role.
  • Background in Financial Services, Investment Management, or Asset Management strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of data platforms, APIs, cloud technologies, data governance, and analytics solutions.
  • Experience with tools such as AWS, Snowflake, dbt, Tableau, and REST APIs.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.

The role

We’re looking for our next rockstar— AI Product Manager focused on Implementation and Onboarding to lead AI transformation in the back office of Banks/ Credit Union. You’ll own the customer’s transformation journey from early scoping to full AI implementation ensuring smooth execution and maximum ROI. This role combines client-facing collaboration with product-oriented documentation and delivery. This role is part customer engagement and part product scoping .

Your mission is to

  • Lead onboarding and implementation across customer departments, ensuring timelines, scope, and expectations are aligned.

  • Lead discovery calls to map use cases, edge cases, and integration needs.

  • Create product scoping documents and delivery blueprints for agentic AI workflows.

  • Engage executive stakeholders, deliver clear, compelling insights on how Agentic AI drives measurable ROI and transforms operations at scale.

  • Collaborate across the team with sales, customer success, and product to ensure customer success.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in implementation, product management, consulting, or enterprise onboarding—ideally with AI products in the banking/credit union industry.

  • Domain experience in an American bank or credit union

  • Expertise in workflow mapping, use case identification, and translating needs into product specs

  • Effective communication skills —experience and comfort in engaging with senior executives and leaders at financial institutions.
