Responsibilities:

  • Verify plan of care with the RN prior to each visit.
  • Collaborate with physician and RN frequently to ensure patient needs are being met; Notify them as soon as possible when patient condition changes.
  • Teach patients and caregivers self-care techniques.
  • Check vital signs.
  • Review all medications and perform a medication reconciliation at each visit.
  • Perform specialized procedures ordered by physician (i.e. foley catheter change).
  • Prepare equipment and materials for treatments using the aseptic technique.
  • Complete documentation timely and accurately.

Qualifications:

  • One year of clinical LPN experience.
  • Current LPN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work.

Summary

The Senior Coding Specialist is responsible for accurately assigning and sequencing ICD diagnostic and procedural codes and/or CPT procedural codes to inpatient and outpatient records.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Code diagnostic and procedural information from the record using ICD and CPT/HCPCS classification systems
  2. Utilize a computerized encoding system to facilitate accurate coding
  3. Sequence diagnoses and procedures by following the ICD, Uniform Hospital Data Set, Medicare, Medicaid, and other fiscal Intermediary guidelines
  4. Work cooperatively with the medical staff and other healthcare professionals in obtaining documentation to complete medical records and ensure quality coding
  5. Select the DRG for each inpatient discharge and APC for each outpatient visit, ensuring coding compliance based on approved coding guidelines and conventions
  6. Abstract medical data from the record to complete a discharge abstract on each inpatient, ambulatory surgery, emergency room, outpatient, and ancillary visit, completing and verifying diagnostic and demographic information
  7. Enter patient information into computerized inpatient and outpatient medical record databases
  8. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of medical record abstract data prior to billing interface and claims submission
  9. Routinely code inpatient records to meet productivity and quality standards for inpatient coding
  10. Code outpatient, emergency department, and outpatient diagnostic records as determined by Coding Operations Manager
  11. Consistently maintain established productivity requirements and maintain a 96% or greater accuracy rate
  12. Communicate and advise the Patient Accounts on coding and DRG/APC assignment and submission
  13. Assist the Coding Compliance Specialist and/or Coding Operations Manager as needed
  14. Fill-in for the Coding Compliance Specialist and/or Coding Operations Manager as needed
  15. Complete other duties as assigned

What You Will Do

  • Lead and develop the scheduling and operations team, providing coaching, performance management, and workflow oversight
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex scheduling issues, operational conflicts, and customer concerns
  • Oversee trip scheduling, crew assignments, and duty-time compliance while ensuring efficiency and regulatory adherence
  • Manage international flight operations, including flights to and from the Bahamas, ensuring compliance with customs, immigration, APIS, and destination-specific requirements
  • Partner with Maintenance, Operations leadership, and satellite bases to ensure aircraft availability and seamless communication
  • Coordinate trip requests, crew briefings, and delivery of all required flight documentation
  • Ensure accurate flight following, schedule management, and alignment between scheduling systems and operational boards
  • Produce operational reports, analyze data for trends, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
  • Support budgeting, cost-saving initiatives, and departmental KPI development
  • Oversee vendor relationships and guide process improvements, system transitions, and change-management initiatives
  • Represent the department in cross-functional meetings and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture
  • Participate in overnight on-call rotation to support 24/7 operational needs
  • Oversight of department staff scheduling and assist in the approval of time-off requests
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to scheduling and operations staff
  • Monitor departmental workload and reassign tasks as needed to maintain smooth operations

The Engineering Manager owns engineering standards, capital projects, and continuous improvement effortsturning complex manufacturing challenges into practical, repeatable solutions that support production, growth, and long-term reliability.Responsibilities:Supervise, mentor, and develop project and manufacturing engineers across multiple facilities.Establish consistent engineering expectations, performance standards, and development plans.Oversee engineering projects from concept through completion, including new equipment purchases, facility construction, and expansions.Develop, standardize, and continuously improve fabrication and assembly processes (including cutting, forming, welding, and material handling) to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.Identify waste, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies; implement Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma methodologies to improve throughput and reduce costs.Evaluate equipment needs and support capital justification, selection, and implementation of new machinery and automation.Drive improvements in takt time, labor utilization, workflow layouts, and production planning methods.Ensure all engineering projects and facilities comply with environmental and safety requirements.Develop and manage capital budgets across multiple facilities.Prepare and present regular project and facility status reports.Partner daily with operations, quality, and safety teams to support production efficiency.Lead preventive maintenance engineering efforts and partner with maintenance teams on equipment reliability initiatives.Develop solutions to complex engineering challenges requiring independent judgment, creativity, and adaptation of standards for plant layout, design, and construction.Analyze and resolve root causes of manufacturing issues.Provide technical product support as needed, assisting project coordination, engineered products, and sales teams.Adhere to all company safety rules, regulations, and policies.Attend all assigned safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions.Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills, Personal Attributes):B.S. in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.7years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, including 5years in a leadership role.Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or other solid modeling software.Demonstrated strength in process improvement, metric development, and problem-solving.Familiarity with a broad range of machinery, automation, mechanical equipment, and construction methods is preferred.General knowledge of steel fabrication processes (welding, CNC milling, facing, etc.) is preferred.Strong understanding of advanced engineering principles and solid mathematical aptitude is preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite is required.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Willingness to take on a wide variety of assignments, including intermittent travel up to 20%.This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.EEO Statement:Victaulic is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EOE/M/F/Vets/Disabled) employer and welcomes all qualified applicants.
