ABOUT IMMERSE ARKANSAS

Immerse Arkansas was founded in 2010 with the mission of helping transform youth from crisis into overcomers. The nonprofit organization serves youth between the ages of 14 and 24, whose past trauma and challenges have created barriers to becoming independent, healthy, successful adults.

Immerse Arkansas works with these youth and families to address the underlying trauma resulting from abuse or neglect. We believe that when we surround youth from crisis with unconditional relationships, a vision for their restored future, and tools that anticipate their needs and dreams, we create a climate for healing, growth, and transformation.

Immerse is a collaboration of redemptive innovators who pair ambitious faith with strategy in all pursuits, especially anything labeled as “impossible.” We’re hungry for healing for all, and we’re especially interested in those who have been counted out. We are looking for someone who fits our values of with, worship, and scrappy and who can fully embrace our statement of faith and affirmations. The Program Director - NW Arkansas role is a full-time, on-site, salaried position.

Technical Product Manager
TechDigital Group
dallas, tx
Compensation: 120.000 - 150.000

Must Haves:

  • Apache Airflow 3.x
  • Hybrid Azure/AKS + on-prem infrastructure literacy
  • Postgres
  • Redis

Job Description/ Responsibilities Clean-room / Chinese Wall discipline

  • Demonstrated experience authoring **specifications consumed by an isolated implementation team** — clean-room reverse engineering, regulated/defense work, or formal spec-to-vendor handoffs.
  • Understands that **the spec is the only communication channel.** Writes requirements that are *complete on first contact* — every file path, import, config value, error string, and acceptance criterion is present, because the "single turn, no follow-up questions" standard is the acceptance bar for their own output.
  • Comfortable with the wall cutting **both ways**: they cannot see the clean-room code, and they cannot talk to the developers. They validate through **observable test outcomes only**, never by reading the implementation.

Experience & Background

  • Technical product / technical program management on platform or data-infrastructure products (not consumer apps).
  • Track record writing **acceptance-criteria-driven specs validated by automated test suites**, not demos.

Soft Skills (which here are actually hard requirements)

  • **Pathological precision and completeness** — "good enough, we'll clarify later" is not the right approach. Ambiguity is a defect.
  • **Empathy for an audience they will never speak to** — must anticipate every clean-room question and pre-answer it in the spec.
