POSITION OVERVIEW:

ADB is seeking a Foreman to join our wireline team and provide proficient level manual laborer and equipment operations. This position will lead the installation of fiber optic cable for various telecommunication projects. This is an ideal position for someone looking to grow their career in the utility construction industry. ADB will provide an
extensive opportunity for growth and development within the trade. The ideal candidate will be safety focused, customer and quality centric, with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides proficient-level manual labor and operations including hand digging with a shovel, setting up traffic control, entry level equipment operations, placing fiber, loading materials, operating equipment, leading crews, etc. on various safety sensitive utility construction sites
- Proficient with utility print and map reading
- Has performed at least 1 year of independent operating of various equipment (directional drill, mini, plow, hydro, etc.); fully trained in all safety regulations of operating heavy equipment
- Supports and leads the setup and shut down of utility construction projects including traffic control in various conditions including highways, side streets, parking lots, downtown locations, etc.
- Safety is the expectation, always leads and follows the required safety practices while performing safety sensitive duties
- Has professionalism to communicate directly with customers, subcontractors, homeowners, etc. and address any complaints/issues that may arise
- Trains other construction crew members on fiber installation practices, print reading, equipment operations, OSHA requirements, etc.
- Loads and unloads materials and equipment in from vehicles at construction yards and jobsites
- Leads by example, ensures safety rules/regulations are followed, and can lead others on jobsites
- Performs OTJ training with Senior Foreman and/or Supervisors to grow skills in the utility construction trade
- Leads the culture of identifying hazards by utilizing the pre-task process
- Performs other position duties when requested

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, climbing, etc.
- May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels while onsite
- Regular exposure to all weather conditions including hot, humid, cold, rain, snow, ice, etc.
- When working on site, will be required to wear common protective of safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel toed boots.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- 2+ years of utility construction experience acting as a crew leader and/or foreman required
- 1+ year of heavy equipment operating experience required (Hydro, Drill, Mini, Plow)
- Valid driver license with a clean driving record required
- CDL License (or the ability to obtain) required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
The starting pay for this position is $30.00 and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.

We provide trash and disposal services to the local community. You, a vital piece of the team, would be responsible for safely operating a CDL Truck delivering dumpster containers to customers, while providing the best service in the industry. This includes duties such:
Safely driving a Commercial CDL Truck into a variety of environments (Residential, Construction, Commercial, etc.).
Determine the best, convenient drop off location for dumpster, to avoid property damage.
Cautiously operate hydraulic hand controls to lift/load Dumpster on/off truck.
Secure the Dumpster Load, cover appropriately and account for weight shift before departing.
Ability to read route sheets and service each customer identified on the sheet or assigned by the dispatcher.
Perform daily pre and post trip inspections.
Interact courteously with your customers.
Other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
What we work with: Trash is heavy! Sometimes we have machines aid our efforts. Other times we do not. And this is a service provided year-round – Rain, snow or shine. Hot or cold. Be prepared to work in all environments, around heavy diesel equipment. Not to mention dirty ones. Plan for the following labor:
Extensive physical activity. Requires strenuous physical work with consistent walking; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects over 75 pounds. Exiting/exiting high set truck. Walking. Moderate noise level.
Work environment involves some exposure to physical risks such as moving mechanical parts. Which require following basic safety precautions.
Exposure to outside weather, including frequent wet and/or humid conditions, as well as exposure to fumes and vibration.
At the end of the day, we go home knowing we leave a smiling customer!

We provide trash and disposal services to the local community. You, a vital piece of the team, would be responsible for safely operating a CDL Truck delivering dumpster containers to customers, while providing the best service in the industry.
Safely driving a Commercial CDL Truck into a variety of environments (Residential, Construction, Commercial, etc.).
Determine the best, convenient drop off location for dumpster, to avoid property damage.
Cautiously operate hydraulic hand controls to lift/load Dumpster on/off truck.
Secure the Dumpster Load, cover appropriately and account for weight shift before departing.

ADB is seeking a Supervisor, Data Center to provide expert level ISP (inside plant) copper and fiber cable installations on a variety of projects nationwide The Lead Technician has the technical knowledge, skills and experience to perform installations and removals of powered and non-powered equipment, while also possessing soft skills to drive standards and leadership of others while onsite. The ideal candidate will be customer and quality centric, have a complete buy-in to safety, with a strong work ethic, and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs expert level fiber and copper cable installation including termination, assembly, and dressing to satisfy customer requirements
- Expertly add and remove non-powered and powered cables and equipment (i.e. racks, cabinets, etc.) following the scope of the project, including wiring, connections, and rack elevation drawings
- Expertly perform fiber splicing, scoping, testing, and certification to ensure quality of deliverables
- Utilize expertise in data center infrastructure (cable media and connectivity, hot/cold aisle containment, cabinet airflow, and cabling capabilities) to ensure satisfactory project outcomes
- Utilize expertise in Central Office Frame Verification to execute IDC termination (66/110/LSA blocks) termination of coaxial cable using F connectors, and testing paired cables using pair scanners
- Expert installation and cabling of secondary DC power equipment, including terminations and connections into active power bays
- Produce completed redline drawings , cable test validation, and all other deliverables to support PM and customer approval to assist the project management team with driving invoicing
- Be a Culture Champion at ADB with an ALL-IN attitude, driving participation in company events and opportunities
- Partners with construction management to oversee time, materials, documentation, tools, equipment, and subcontractors onsite

- BICSI Installer certification required
- Minimum of 2 manufacturer certification (i.e. CommScope, B-Line, etc.) preferred but not required.
- Man lift & CPR certification required
- OSHA 30 required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
The starting pay for this position is $70,000 annually and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
