Job Summary:

Provides evaluation of and care for respiratory therapy patients. Administers prescribed respiratory therapeutic services.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assesses patient for appropriate type and frequency of treatment and develops a plan of care based on diagnosis.
• Responsible for providing respiratory care services in accordance with specific physician's orders, department policies and procedures and guidelines.
• Implements and monitors patient care plan and equipment. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition. Performs advanced respiratory care modalities.
• Evaluates respiratory practice, administration of medications, and treatment based on patient outcome.
• Educates the patient and family about the health condition and provides information about community support groups and other available programs.
• Assists with care, calibration and maintenance of all equipment. Participates in maintaining departmental inventory levels for supplies and equipment. Processes equipment per established cleaning/sterilization procedures.
• Responds to Medical Emergencies and Rapid Responses.
• Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

• Associate's degree in Respiratory Care or equivalent years of experience and education.

Locksmith Mechanic - THR Dallas - 1st Shift

Provides locksmith services with specific responsibility for the repair, alteration, installation, and keying of mechanical and electric/electronic lock systems throughout the facility. This is a first shift 7am to 3:30pm M-F schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reads blueprints and diagrams, figures out materials needed, estimates time and material costs on installations, and requests supplies to assure timely and adequate availability.
• Installs, repairs and maintains keys and locks.
• Inserts new or repaired tumblers into lock to change combination.
• Moves lock pick in cylinder to open door locks without keys.
• Installs locks and lock systems with different hardware and carpentry methods.
• Maintains records, inventory for locks, keys, spare parts, tools, and equipment.
• Maintains proper functionality of fire door assemblies throughout the facilities.
• Uses key cutting machine to cut new or duplicate keys.
• Troubleshoots and repairs electronic lock systems.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Valid Driver's License
• 2 years of trade school or on the job-related experience, preferred
• Some lifting of medium and/or heavy equipment and tools.

Responsibilities include:

• Complete grounds maintenance such as trash pick-up, landscaping, power washing common areas, carports, and buildings.
• Clear walkways and ADA areas of snow, ice, and other safety hazards.
• Perform or assist with the hanging of new light fixtures and ceiling fans, overhead kitchen lighting, etc., this includes light fixtures in vaulted ceilings.
• Assist in painting vacant apartments and community common areas.
• Change all air-conditioning filters at least every six months and upon apartment turnover.
• Follow a preventative maintenance schedule as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Repair and maintain equipment owned by the community.
• Assist in maintaining pool equipment, chemical monitoring, and weekly washing of pool deck with fresh water.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Provide evening, weekend, and holiday emergency services when required.
• Maintain on-call availability as scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor.

What does a typical day look like for an On-Call CDL Driver?

You might be the professional we're looking for if you have:

• A valid Class A, Class B, Class C CDL license.
