Position Overview:

Responsible for assisting and supporting the Supervisors and Housekeepers in meeting quality and timeliness standards. A dispatcher must ensure he or she follows the company mission statement and values.

 

Essential Functions:

Position Overview:
The Maintenance Technician – Laundry is responsible for servicing/repairing and maintaining the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as well as the physical features of the laundry equipment while maintaining a safe and friendly environment. Provide general maintenance and cleaning of the laundry, facility and equipment.

Essential Functions:

  • Efficiently, accurately, and courteously complete service calls as assigned, contacting laundry attendant within 5 minutes of request.
  • Complete all assigned work orders daily.
  • Change light bulbs and ballasts as soon as reported or noticed.
  • Maintain boilers and pumps daily.
  • Clean up surrounding area upon completion of maintenance.
  • Accurately fill out a daily Engineering report.
  • Efficiently replace air filters on AC units on a regular basis.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on laundry equipment per standard checklist or as requested by the Director of Laundry; maintain all maintenance records.
  • Repair and maintain laundry carts.
  • Efficiently operate small hand tools such as drills, grinders, saws, etc.
  • Use safety equipment such as goggles, aprons, gloves, respirators, or dust mask.
  • Efficiently and safely operate machinery such as drills, grinders, Sawzall, welding machine and band saw.
  • Learn and develop in position to gain additional skills for keeping equipment in good repair.
  • Understand and apply basic electricity, plumbing and carpentry to efficiently repair laundry equipment.
  • Accurately and efficiently handle test equipment, hand tools, etc.
  • Drive laundry truck when needed.


Experience and Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Preventative Maintenance Tech or similar skilled trade.
  • Proficient skills in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Knowledge of hand and power tools and mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong knowledge of pumps, electric motors, electrical circuits, mechanical drive systems, gas and steam operated systems and belt drive equipment.
  • Must meet the requirements to receive a company driving permit.
  • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow written instructions.

Position Overview:

We are currently hiring a Maintenance Technician for 3rd shift. This position is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support production operations, including preventive maintenance, equipment repair, and facility upkeep. The role is ideal for someone who works well independently, demonstrates strong technical aptitude, and is committed to safety and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems
  • Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs
  • Maintain systems such as HVAC, boilers, and refrigeration
  • Respond promptly to equipment issues to minimize downtime
  • Complete and maintain accurate maintenance records
  • Communicate with production and management teams to coordinate work
  • Assist with sanitation tasks and ensure compliance with safety standards
Qualifications:

Responsibilities

  • Empties trash baskets and disposes of trash in the dumpster on a daily basis.
  • Involved in special cleaning projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Demonstrate consistentcy in producing a clean, quality "product" or work area daily.
  • Use cleaning chemicals and compounds in a safe manner in which they were designed to be used.
  • Keep cart and supply caddy neat and clean at all times.
  • Follow safety data sheets (SDS), Hazard Communication Standards, and Right-to-know law.
  • Must practice and assume responsibility for self-safety and safety of your immediate work environment, including other staff and residents.
  • Ability to follow Fire Safety Drills and be familiar with fire and evacuation procedures for the department, and self in own work area.
  • Communicate to Supervisor and/or Director any challenges, ideas or suggestions.
  • Attend community sponsored in-services and trainings.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience preferred but not required.
  • Good organizational skills, enthusiasm, speed, attention to details, and an ability to work independantly.
  • Must be willing to perform routine, repetitive tasks on a continuing basis and perform tasks despite frequent interruptions.
  • Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50lb.

This role is perfect for a licensed investigator looking for flexible hours while providing expert investigative services. We investigate all types of insurance claims including workers' compensation, suspected fraud, liability and aimed at mitigating expenses for our clients and delivering high-quality results.


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive investigator to join our team. The ideal candidate will conduct a variety of investigations, including Surveillance and Special Investigations Unit (SIU) assignments, within an assigned geographical area. Surveillance assignments require the investigator to obtain videotape documentation of the subject and for SIU assignments the investigator must complete the assignment as per the instructions given by the case manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to specific requirements of an assignment based upon the case manager's instructions
  • Review all case materials prior to conducting investigative activity
  • Complete video surveillance on identified individuals for the allotted amount of time and utilizes established investigative techniques to secure covert video footage
  • Conduct investigations such as securing recorded statements, scene inspections, activity checks and securing documents as assigned
  • Complete written notes on each case assignment in a timely manner
  • Submit all videotaped results, photographs, and digital recordings via e-mail by the next business day
  • Meet established deadlines set by the client
  • Communicate effectively with the assigning case manager with regularity regarding the progress of assignments
  • Ensure confidentiality of all information obtained
Requirements:
  • Possess a valid state issued driver's license
  • Possess a current private investigator license (if applicable)
  • Must be dependable and able to meet deadlines
  • Must be a self-starter capable of working with limited supervision
  • Possess investigative tools (Laptop, Video Cameras, Digital Recorder, etc.)
  • Possess strong writing and verbal communication skills

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

  • Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
  • Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
  • Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience preferred.
  • Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
  • Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Additional Information:
Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation:
$50.00 - $60.00 per point
