Carry Out Attendant Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guests in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner
  • Understands and utilizes menu knowledge and situational selling techniques when placing orders for carryout guests

  • Answer phone calls using company script per meal period in a fast and friendly manner
  • Accurately input carry out orders into the computer system
  • Assist in the expediting and delivery of meals to dine-in guests
  • Assist in greeting guests and escorting guests to tables
  • Assist in cashing guests out if the cashier is not available

Same rate for locals 13 week work requirements: ortho robot experience 10 hour days Monday through Friday. Weekday, weekend, and holiday call for main OR and OB-C section. 13 week contract.

Call requirements:

  • At minimum two (2) shifts of call will be assigned each week Monday through Friday. Call shifts will start at the end of your working shift. For example, if you work 7am -3:30 pm your call will start at 3:30pm. Call shifts can be combined if requested for example you can request to have your two shifts of call from 3pm-7am to meet the 2 (two) shift requirement.
  • Weekend call is required. Currently weekend call starts on Saturday morning from 7am 7am on Sunday morning and Sunday morning 7 am to Monday morning 7am. Each weekend call is 24 hours. At minimum one (1) weekend 24-hour call will be scheduled per 4-week schedule.
  • Holiday call is required, at least one holiday call will be required in addition to the weekend call. Holiday call is 24 hours 7am 7am.
  • If someone on calls off for their assigned call shift, another call will be added to the next 4-week schedule.
  • On call requires you to be at the hospital in 20 minutes for emergencies.
  • For scheduled cases on call, you will need to be at the work site one (1) hour before the case starts.
  • After the on-call case ends RN's will stay in PACU to support patient care.
  • Surgical techs and RN's will clean rooms, instruments and set up rooms before they leave the on-call case.
  • C-sections are on call cases and the OR on call team staffs them. Staff will clean room and equipment used and replace disposable items used. Staff will also set up the room for an emergent C section before they leave.

The Event & Race Assistant at the Whitewater Center is a key member in managing and operating the Whitewater events and races. This role is responsible for planning event logistics, executing event operations and facilitating public programming. The position will also assist with various operational tasks that are essential to successfully executing Whitewater events and races. Responsibilities

  • Manage the race registration process for all Whitewater Race Series productions.

Senior Budget Analyst

Reporting to the Director of Budgets, the Senior Budget Analyst serves as a financial customer service agent to the College's constituents inclusive of, but not limited to: Deans, Directors, Budget contacts, department liaisons, and Executive leadership. This position maintains accounting records and analyzes funds to identify possible trends which may result in surplus or shortage of funds.   • Assists with the annual external and internal college budget development, planning and analysis, and works directly with planning units in all aspects of budget management for the College's annual operating budget submission to the Department of Budget and Management;
  • Provide a high level of customer service to all stakeholders of the College, including internal and external stakeholders;
  • Maintains position control, vacancy and Workday PIN crosswalk reports to ensure accuracy; - Provides data, information, and analysis to divisions;
  • Train the College constituents on the budget process and software;
  • Participates in leveraging the College's Enterprise Resource Planning software, Banner Financials, and serving as a Subject Matter Expert on utilizing the software;
  • Working knowledge of additional software applications, Banner, Ellucian, FMIS, HP LAN, and the State Budget Application and Reporting System (BARS);
  • Prepare detailed budget charts, tables, and spreadsheets as needed in support of a variety of budgetary analyses and special projects;
  • Analyze current and past College financial performance and trends to determine present and future performance;
  • Performs monthly statistical analyses and comparisons of program expenditures versus the approved budget, including technical calculations needed to project program and/or auxiliary income;
  • Compiles and displays data using table and graph spreadsheets applications;
  • Records budget entries into the campus' current and permanent operating budgets;
  • Research financial data from various units and other funding sources including tuition and fees, grants and contracts, auxiliary enterprises, fundraising and other revenue sources.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, General Business, or a related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, financial planning, customer service, and/or data analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Business, Data Analysis, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Seven (7) years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, financial planning, customer service, and/or data analytics.
  • Experience in higher education, K-12 education, non-profit organization or related industry.

The Engineering Manager provides a high level of property maintenance knowledge, maintains the hotel facility, including the physical building structure, mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, and related equipment. This position has the overall responsibility of maintaining a safe and fully functioning facility while ensuring compliance with various federal, state and local environmental, health, safety, operating and building codes, standards and regulations.

The Task At Hand:

  • Perform preventative maintenance repairs and inspections as mandated by local municipalities and/or requirements on systems such as: fire suppression and sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, backflow prevention device testing, pool systems, and AC systems.
  • Must manage the property work order and preventative maintenance system and follow all protocols.
  • Assist in handling requests for service calls, evaluate requests and respond as necessary.
  • Rapid response, of all emergency situations. Record and file reports as mandated.
  • Assist maintenance staff and other departments as needed, guide and train maintenance staff on proper repairs and servicing of equipment.
  • Report to the General Manager/Hotel Manager regarding opportunities for efficient use of energy, preventive maintenance, and/or other cost-savings measures.
  • Organize and keep the maintenance department clean, stocked with supplies and control of supplies.
  • Assist or inform the General Manager/Hotel Manager when supplies are needed and par levels are low.
  • Ensure that work orders are complete and that the work that other maintenance employees have done has been done correctly.
  • Communicate with the General Manager/Hotel Manager and other department heads regarding issues and concerns that needs to be addressed. Work to find solutions.
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs of the Hotel/property, buildings and grounds, and look for and address issues.
  • Participate in comprehensive weekly walkthroughs of the entire property and follow up to address all issues in a timely manner.
  • Work around guests to ensure that they are satisfied and that their concerns and issues are taken care of in a timely manner.
  • Must have a flexible work schedule including AMs, PMs, weekends and holidays.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to speak and communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Must use good judgment.
  • Must work as a team to drive results.
  • Must be an organized individual and prioritize well.

What We're Looking For:

  • Must be able to work in varied temperatures, indoor & outdoor environments under stressful weather conditions.
  • Must have strong computer skills.
  • Must be able to work within hazardous environments and promote a safe work program for the maintenance staff. Work often requires being involved in physical conditions within proximity to moving mechanical parts, electric currents, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat and/or chemicals.
  • Must be able to work with atmospheric conditions that may affect the respiratory system or skin due to fumes, dust, odors, gases, and poor ventilation.
  • Must be able to work with skilled machinist equipment; such as lathes, drill presses, power saws and mills.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch in tight restricted spaces.
  • Must have previous leadership experience in engineering/property maintenance.
  • Certifications in plumbing, electrical, HVAC preferred.
  • Schedule must be flexible.

Job Summary

Operations Manager Positions have the responsibility for establishing safety policies, procedures and working conditions that affect the employee on the job. Job Duties

  • Operations Managers must be able to conduct monthly safety meetings for all employees (without exception).
  • Must be able to conduct flight audits, station audits and "at risk" behavior audits.

  • Able to communicate and instill safety awareness in all employees including new hires. Work in conjunction with Customer to determine manpower requirements for group movements, peak travel holidays, out of scope and flight schedule changes.
  • Oversee recruiting and placement efforts to ensure staffing levels meet requirements and exercise best possible effort to follow any instructions provided by Customer or their designee regarding standards, procedures and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies including FAA, OSHA, EPA, US Dept. of Labor and EEOC.
  • Investigate, report and implement corrective action for any incident of aircraft damage or employee injury and conduct/participate in employee coaching and counseling as necessary.
  • Oversee any disciplinary action resulting or potentially leading to termination in order to ensure proper documentation and consistent application of policies.
  • Coordinate purchases for operational necessities and ensure adequate supplies are available to meet customer standards.
  • Review final payroll and daily hours to ensure salaries and wages remain within budgetary restraints.
  • Monitor impact of operational irregularities on such costs and ensure out of scope is documented and approved accordingly.
  • Conduct weekly Lead/Supervisor meetings, daily briefings with GSE mechanic for equipment updates and timely repair, participate in employee shift briefings and customer shift briefings or team meetings as required.
  • Observe and ensure full compliance of uniform and appearance guidelines and inspect facility daily including supply rooms, storage rooms, storage, break rooms and office areas.
  • Review all daily, weekly and monthly operational reports to ensure proper dissemination, including but not limited to, shift reports, disciplinary actions, incident reports, safety meeting minutes, monthly summary report, pay change notices, employee evaluations, work orders, or any other local reporting medium.
  • Investigate all service failures including chargeable delays, baggage/cargo/mail mishandling.
  • Administer station operational plans such as deicing, FOD, safety, winter operation and baggage plans.
  • Complete personnel evaluations on supervisors, administrative assistants and GSE mechanics. Liaise with all customer service, airport, USPS and our customer.
  • Respond to and/or investigate concerns reported by customer's supervisory personnel.
  • Perform routine visits to the various authorities to discuss issues and concerns. Attend all local airport tenant, security and safety meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Airline Customer Service Operation
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and possess basic computer experience (6 months+) and type at least 35 words per minute.
  • 4 year college degree in relevant field strongly preferred or equivalent experience
  • Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience, and a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Ability to read, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
  • Must possess good communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality in person and via telephone.
  • Must be free of disqualifying crimes and able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Must have reliable transportation and able to work weekends, holidays, and days off.
