Locally owned, established, and growing renovation contractor looking for a Project Manager. Our small team produces $6-7 million in residential renovation/improvements per year. We need a dedicated employee with a proven history of excellent attendance and attention to detail, emphasizing communication skills. You will be responsible for a portion of our projects day-to-day management. This position is primarily a “logistics coordinator,” essentially ensuring that our craftsmen, necessary materials, and customers are all positioned and available to start and complete the project. You must be capable of learning the necessary skills to manage the important aspects of a project, i.e., scope, schedule, sequence, priority, quality, and resources. Over 25 projects will be prepped for work during the busy season per month, while 7-10 projects will be completed in various stages. The ability to think in “parallel” versus “series” is a plus. Most projects are relegated to individual residential housing. We are not a large corporate organization, which our employees enjoy, and thus, you will report directly to the working owners.
Duties include:

- Document project activities, obstacles, costs, and results
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver results on schedule

- Ensure the project delivers the expected outcomes
- Manage orders with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Identify obstacles and suggest methods for resolution with a strong emphasis on project completion
