Responsibilities

Clinical Counseling Services

  • Provide regular counseling to students and families in need of social and emotional support; this includes both mandated counseling to students with IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) as well as individual and group counseling to other students in need
  • Lead mediations as necessary, using relational-based models within your social work practice, in alignment with TEP's commitment to Restorative Justice Practices
  • Respond to day-to-day crises and collaborate with the school community to create a safe and supportive environment for all students
  • Design and implement creative clinical interventions for students with repeated instances of similar challenges

Mental Health Programming

  • Develop and lead programs for students and families to promote emotional, mental, and psycho-social health
  • Build strong relationships with families to facilitate a collaborative approach to student support, and coordinate the delivery of mental health and family services at community organizations for students and families requiring outside social services

Requirements

About You (Qualifications)

  • Language Proficiency: Complete fluency in Spanish required
  • Deeply aligned to TEP’s mission of providing a world-class mental health services and social work interventions to historically under-resourced student communities (90% of TEP students qualify for free or reduced-price lunch, 22% of TEP students receive Special Education services, and 25% of TEP students are Multi-Lingual Learners).
  • Social Work experience: Minimum of five (5) years of clinical social work experience working with children and families, with a preference for individuals who have worked within a school setting.
  • The ability to design and implement in-school prevention programming according to current best practices within the field of social work. Working knowledge of the instructional and social needs of students with disabilities.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage a regular counseling schedule and triage crisis, while prioritizing multiple competing urgent tasks
  • Education requirements: We highly value candidates with a Master’s Social Work degree However, we also welcome individuals with degrees in related fields such as School Counseling or School Psychology to apply
  • Certification requirements: TEP does not require Social Workers to have any specific level of certification/licensing (ie LCSW) outside of the above educational and experience requirements

What You'll Do:

The Product Engineering organization is responsible for executing and delivering CoreWeave's products, platforms, processes, and tools. As a program leader, you will work across cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to ensure our cloud infrastructure is scalable, secure, and delivers exceptional performance to meet the demands of our customers. This influential role reports to the VP of Engineering Operations.

In this role, you will:
  • Build and run the end-to-end product operations engine: intake to launch to post-GA, aligning teams on standards, tools, and rituals
  • Operationalize our New Product Introduction (NPI) readiness framework across launches, orchestrating Go/No-Go, risk tracking, and stakeholder accountability
  • Drive cross-functional launch execution for product areas like Compute, Storage, Networking, and Managed Services
  • Partner with Production Engineering on operational readiness, SLOs/SLIs for launch readiness
  • Stand up and continuously improve operating cadences (weekly program syncs, launch reviews, program reviews, etc.) and create clear, consistent status communications
  • Define and instrument product health metrics and dashboards (adoption, reliability, quality), and build feedback loops to inform roadmap and prioritization
  • Create scalable playbooks, checklists, and documentation to support our product and go-to-market teams from ideation through post-launch
  • Identify bottlenecks across the product lifecycle and lead cross-team initiatives to simplify, automate, or standardize processes
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, infrastructure as a service
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills with a proven ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Google Sheets)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results
  • Proven track record in program management, process definition and improvements, and influencing adoption of defined processes across multiple teams or organizations

The base salary range for this role is $177,000 to $237,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. This initiative matches candidates with organizations that support adults with special needs. Participants shadow staff to gain firsthand experience, and if there's a mutual fit, they may be offered permanent employmentsometimes as early as week three, mimicking a "working interview."

As aDirect Service Professional (DSP)Intern, youll work under the supervision of an experienced DSP mentor for up tothree monthsand30 hours per week. This internship gives you hands-on experience where you will shadow train and learn how to support individuals with diverse developmental and or intellectual needs in living more independent and living fulfilling lives.

Your duties will vary based on each persons needs and goals, but may include:
