Job Summary and Qualifications 


Registered nurses provide and coordinate care for patients. The Registered nurse is responsible for collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to provide physical and psychological support to patients and their families. 


 


Daily responsibilities of the Registered nurse include but are not limited to assessments and reassessments, developing individualized plans of care, medication administration, documentation, education, proper maintenance of equipment, and communication of patient needs.  


 


What you will do in this role:  



  • You will monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions while maintaining accurate and detailed records  


  • You will order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess the patient's condition.  


  • You will demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served.  


  • You will promote hospital customer service initiatives.  


  • You will utilize the nursing process for individual care to meet the needs of patients.  


  • You will demonstrate the ability to perform technical skills and procedures.  


 



What qualifications you will need:   



  • Current RN licensure by KY Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state  


  • Current BLS from the American Heart Association  


  • ACLS and PALS within 1 year of employment  


  • CPI within 6 months of employment  

  • Must have 1 year of experience as an Emergency Room Nurse

Job Summary and Qualifications 


The Registered Nurse performs direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act. 


Utilizes therapeutic communication in daily practice. Maintains a safe therapeutic environment. Identifies nursing problems as they relate to the individual needs of the patient. Registered Nurse plans individualized patient care while utilizing an interdisciplinary approach. Participates in performance improvement activities. Provides care and coordinates participation that fosters the goals of the hospital’s mission and vision statement. 


When acting in charge nurse role, registered nurses are responsible for day-to-day activities to ensure the delivery of quality patient care in a therapeutic environment. Make staff assignments based on patient need, acuity and the skill of the staff. Serve as role models and clinical resource for the staff. Respond in a timely manner to requests for information or follow-up with physician, staff or patient issues.

    SUMMARY OF POSITION: The District Manager is accountable for the performance of the Restaurant Management Teams in the district. The District Manager ensures that each Restaurant Management Team is performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations in all areas of their job descriptions.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    ·        Ensures all Team Members in the District are trained, motivated and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction.

    ·        Evaluates each restaurant’s QSC standards. Provides regular feedback and coaching on improvement; conducts periodic inspections of the restaurant.

    ·        Communicates all customer comments and concerns to the appropriate Restaurant Manager; follows up to ensure they are handled in a timely and effective way.

    ·        Ensures all General Managers and GMITs receive appropriate orientation, training and development opportunities.

    ·        Trains, coaches and provides regular performance feedback (positive and corrective) to motivate and improve the performance of all Team Members.

    ·        Evaluates overall performance of General Managers and GMITs based on clearly communicated standards and expectations.

    ·        Provides appropriate and effective counseling and/or discipline.

    ·        Provides effective training and follow-up of new products, programs and changes.

    ·        Actively recruits new General Managers and GMITs; ensures Team Members are prepared for promotion. Matches the skills and abilities of management to the needs of the restaurants to maximize results.

    ·        Analyzes business performance; initiates appropriate corrective actions when deviations occur from financial expectations.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Repair or adjust parts that do not work properly and replace parts that cannot be fixed.
    • Dismantle, reassemble, test, clean, and adjust repaired or replaced parts or assemblies to ensure they are in proper working order.
    • Perform diagnostic process, troubleshoot, and repair to ensure equipment is safe for operation.
    • Inspect, clean, and lubricate all moving parts, as necessary.
    • Inspect all systems of equipment or diesel engines and perform preventative maintenance to ensure safe conditions for operation.
    • Utilize a wide range of hand and power tools as well as precision measuring instruments, and hydraulic and electrical testing devices.
    • Utilize code and reference books as well as computer diagnostic equipment to aid in diagnosis and troubleshooting.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • On-the-job training.
    • Welding with electric and gas welders and soldering tools is a plus.
    • Certifications are a plus.
    • Ability to travel and work in the field

    Nickerson NY is a growing company and is searching for an experienced Project Manager for Westchester County and the (6) adjacent counties for our built-in scopes of work: athletic equipment, bleachers, casework, and lockers. The project manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing multiple projects to ensure that the required completion dates are achieved, ensure job-site safety requirements, maintain quality standards, and improve and/or maintain the profit budget. All projects require field monitoring to coordinate scheduling with the home office, the customer, and other on-site trades.

     

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

     

    • Continuous job site monitoring, which includes customer communications and coordination with other trades to achieve the required completion date.
    • Contribution to the submittal process with the customer, architect, salesperson and project coordinator for specifications compliance and for a timely factory release.
    • Perform Job Site Field Checks for an accurate and timely factory release.
    • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
    • Home office coordination/communication for field issues as required for the customer, factory, and installer.
    • Timely and accurate work order preparation with access photos to ensure safe and efficient installations.
    • Communication with the Installer and home office both before and during the installation for anticipated issues, and to resolve current challenges.
    • Job profitability management.
    • Coordinate the timely completion of the punch list items after the initial installation.
