Build a Career with Purpose

We are seeking a Family Law Attorney who is committed to delivering exceptional client service, producing high-quality legal work, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Whether you are an attorney with several years of experience or a seasoned practitioner seeking a firm that values flexibility, autonomy, and teamwork, we are looking for professionals who want to build a long-term career and make a meaningful impact on the lives of families navigating difficult transitions.

Because successful client representation requires consistency, strong relationships, and investment from both the firm and the attorney, we are seeking candidates who are prepared to make a minimum two-year commitment to the role.

Our Core Values

Our culture is built around four core values:

*Accountability* – We take ownership of our work, our decisions, and our commitments.

*Teamwork* – We collaborate, communicate, and support one another to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.

*Quality* – We pursue excellence in every client interaction, legal strategy, and work product.

*Achievement* – We set ambitious goals and are driven to produce meaningful results.

The Opportunity

As a Family Law Attorney, you will manage family law matters from consultation through resolution, providing strategic legal counsel and advocacy while working alongside a team of experienced legal professionals.

Responsibilities may include:

* Representing clients in family law matters, including hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
* Developing and executing case strategies tailored to client objectives.
* Conducting consultations and advising prospective and existing clients.
* Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
* Maintaining consistent communication and providing exceptional client service.
* Collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
* Participating in case strategy discussions and contributing to the firm's collective knowledge and success.

Work Environment

This position offers a primarily remote work environment with flexibility and autonomy.

Attorneys are expected to attend in-person hearings, mediations, depositions, client meetings, and other business-related events as required. Periodic in-office attendance may also be necessary to support client needs, team collaboration, training, or firm initiatives.

The ideal candidate embraces both the flexibility of remote work and the professional responsibility of being available when clients and cases require an in-person presence.

What We're Looking For

* Active license and good standing with the applicable state bar.
* Family law experience preferred.
* Strong legal writing, advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
* Commitment to professionalism, client service, and continuous growth.
* Alignment with our core values and long-term vision.

Why Join Us?

We believe great attorneys thrive when they have the support of a strong team, the flexibility to manage their practice responsibly, and the opportunity to focus on meaningful work that changes lives.

If you are seeking a firm where accountability, teamwork, quality, and achievement are more than words on a wall, we encourage you to apply.
