This role is responsible for defining and executing the enterprise-wide security strategy, protecting critical assets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing cyber risk across all business operations. The CISO collaborates with executive leadership, IT, risk, compliance, and business units globally to align security initiatives with organizational objectives while fostering a culture of security awareness and operational excellence. The CISO champions innovation in security technologies and maintains a proactive posture against emerging cyber threats, ensuring the company's resilience and reputation.

You will build a capability, not run a report. The benchmark you create will sit behind pricing, product decisions, and executive reporting across a growing global portfolio and you will decide what it covers, how it is governed, and when it is strong enough to stand behind. Few roles offer this combination of commercial substance, methodological ownership, and visibility at one of the industry's fastest-scaling companies. As Vantage's CISO, you will own enterprise security as a board-level, business-critical mandate not a back-office IT function. You will be the executive voice translating cyber risk into business risk for the CEO and Board, carrying direct accountability for regulatory disclosure and personal liability exposure under frameworks like the SEC Cybersecurity Disclosure Rule. Your remit spans the full convergence of Vantage's environment: traditional IT alongside the operational technology, building management, and physical control systems that run our data centers, plus the cloud-native and multi-tenant security architecture that underpins compliance attestations and due diligence for hyperscale customers. You will own security posture through the lens of growth leading due diligence and integration for greenfield markets and acquisitions across 19+ markets while positioning security as a driver of innovation and competitive differentiation through AI-enabled threat foresight rather than purely reactive defense. Finally, you will own security as a commercial enabler, partnering with Sales and Legal so that Vantage's security posture becomes a trust differentiator that helps win and retain the world's largest hyperscale and enterprise cloud customers.

Entry Level Sales Professional
Altitude Development Group
Park City, UT

Job Description

Job Description

Altitude is looking for competitors who bring their A-game to every play.

Are you someone who thrives in the thrill of competition, always looking to outpace the competition and score the winning goal? At Altitude, we understand that sales is a full-contact sport, and we're on the hunt for individuals who approach each day like it's game day. As an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate, you'll be in the field, hustling from the first whistle to the final buzzer, using your agility and quick thinking to outmaneuver the competition. If you're driven by the challenge of setting records and beating personal bests, this role is your chance to be the MVP of your career.

We know that true athletes don't just play to participate—they play to win. At Altitude, we value that competitive spirit. We want team members who will push their limits, stay on their toes, and deliver peak performance every time they're in the field. Whether you're driving a new play to secure a big sale or strategizing your next move to stay ahead of the game, Altitude provides the platform for you to shine. This is where you'll take your athletic mindset off the field and into a career where you can dominate.

Position Overview:

As an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate at Altitude, you'll be the point guard of your sales territory, directing the action and ensuring that every play leads to a winning outcome. Your day will involve hitting the pavement, making cold calls to businesses, and navigating the field with precision and purpose. You'll engage directly with business owners and decision-makers, demonstrating why Altitude's insurance solutions are the winning play for their company.

Just like in sports, preparation and adaptability are key—you'll need to read the defense (the client's needs), adjust your strategy on the fly, and execute your sales game plan with finesse. Your ability to pivot and stay focused under pressure will make you a star in this role. And just like any great athlete, you'll also know when to pass the ball—scheduling follow-ups and closing sales at just the right moment to secure the win.

This position is tailor-made for those who understand the value of teamwork but can also excel independently, driving their own success with the determination and resilience of a top-tier athlete. If you're ready to lace up your shoes, get in the game, and turn every opportunity into a victory, Altitude is the place where your athletic drive meets unlimited potential.

Overview of Duties and Responsibilities:

This is an outside sales position working in your own assigned sales territory. We will train you to call on small and medium-sized businesses that operate in a variety of industries, meeting face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to offer some of the industry's best supplemental insurance products and services to them and their employees. You will work with business owners, benefits managers, and their employees individually at times; other times, you will give product presentations with employee groups as large as 50-100+ people. You will be expected to:

  • Respond to general emails and phone calls from clients

  • Set follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients to review their needs

  • Be present on scheduled calls or meetings with your sales team or manager

  • Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients who need to be re-serviced

  • Build and maintain your own book of business

  • Meet with sales team manager as needed to discuss and set your upcoming monthly and quarterly target sales goals and quotas

  • Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory

  • Set your own scheduled working hours and submit them to your sales manager each week

  • Follow up on provided sales leads and cold-call on businesses in person, balancing "cold" lead generation and sales with your warm leads and appointments with existing clients

  • Submit your sales metrics and activity daily

We Offer:

  • Virtual classroom training as well as hands-on sales training in your own territory

  • Weekly draw pay with bonuses and commission eligibility upon start

  • Quarterly and annual incentive trips, cash bonuses, and stock share bonuses

  • Advancement and promotions based on personal performance

  • Excellent ongoing professional development, advanced sales training, and leadership training

  • Increased schedule flexibility once you have an established book of business

  • Work around other like-minded, driven, caring people in a culture that feels like a family
