What we expect from you
Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. All employees must be at least 16 years of age and possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law. The fast pace within our restaurants and the need to meet requests from the public, requires all crew members to be able to handle stressful situations while maintaining a calm, pleasant attitude and efficient working pace. Job Summary:
The Banquet Server is responsible for providing banquet service to Members and Guests while consistently displaying a positive attitude with knowledge about the food and beverage menu. Work closely and coordinate with other team members to ensure Member/Guest satisfaction and retention.
Day-to-Day:

• Responsible for banquet service to Members and guests, adhering to the company standards of service.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the banquet/event menu, a la carte menu, and daily features and specials.
• Ensure that room(s) are set up correctly, bussed consistently, and cleaned continually and know how the room needs to be set up for the next event, if applicable.
• Possess clear knowledge of all various liquors, beer and wines available at the Club.
• Must be able to interact with Members/Guests professionally, helping them with changes and last-minute requests as needed.

About You:

• Previous Food and Beverage experience preferred.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by State and City.
• Completed F&B Service Training.
• Excellent communication skills and articulate speech.
• Ability to communicate and follow instructions.
• You are comfortable working in both indoor and occasional outdoor environments.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Requirements:
The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.
The Maintenance Person's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* Filtering oil fryers daily
* Maintaining outside grounds
* Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
* Unload delivery truck 2 or 3 times a week
* Take out and empty trash compactor
* Change light bulbs
* Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
