Description

The purpose of the phlebotomist position is to obtain specimens from patients of all ages with care and concern for patient's welfare and safety. The Phlebotomist will assist the laboratory in preparing specimens for analysis and perform various clerical duties of the laboratory under direct supervision.

Department Description Come join our exciting Laboratory department! Our team is on the front line of diagnosis and we strive to provide exceptional service to the patients we serve. Our staff and our patients benefit from our highly-automated, 24/7 core lab coverage. Our scope of practice is extremely comprehensive, including the following: hematology, coagulation, microbiology, transfusion services, chemistry and special chemistry, urinalysis, cytology, and histology. We also pride ourselves on helping up-and-coming lab professionals get their start by being a training site for phlebotomy and MLT interns. We are looking for hard-working, dedicated individuals to join our team!

Hours/Shifts 80 hours biweekly, day shifts from 6am-2:30pm Monday to Friday. No weekends. OR 80 hours biweekly, day shifts from 7am-3:30pm Monday to Friday. No weekends. Please state your shift time preference in your application.

Compensation Hourly Wage Range: $17.31 - $23.10. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

Qualifications

Degree from a Phlebotomy program which includes an appropriate internship under the direction of a pathologist in an approved laboratory or previous experience or education in a health related field. Ability to communicate in English effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to operate laboratory equipment, such as centrifuge, microscope and computer keyboard/word processor equipment. Ability to follow detailed blood collection and lab procedures and train for new procedures as needed. Must satisfactorily complete on-the-job training/orientation. Maintenance Technician

The maintenance technician position is responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the maintenance department. The basic function of this role will be responsible for installation, repair, maintenance, daily and preventative, of piping, pumps, equipment, and other fixed plant assets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintenance and operation of autoclave, incubator, and medical instruments.
  • Running control tests and monitoring control settings on autoclave and checking all wrapped instruments for expiration dates.
  • Cleans medication rooms, exam rooms, waiting rooms, restrooms, counter space in waiting room on a regular basis.
  • Performs stat precautions for contaminated areas.
  • Manages all medical materials as needed by the clinic.
  • Launders and folds patient gowns.

The Director, Security Engineering is responsible for the service delivery and engineering of the SIEM, EDR, SOAR, and other security platforms supporting Optiv's Managed Security Services (MSS) and Advanced Fusion Center (AFC) delivery models. The role owns the engineering function behind Managed Detection and Response (MDR), co-managed SIEM, data engineering, and Tier 1 (engineering triage) offerings from a technical perspective. This is a high-visibility leadership role that provides practice management, leadership, strategy, offer management, and sales enablement, and directs high-priority initiatives while ensuring adherence to quality standards and SLOs. The Director is accountable for metrics demonstrating continuous improvement and efficiency in the client operational experience, for maturing platform and detection engineering processes, and for driving scale through automation and orchestration. The position mentors and develops people leaders and engineers and works cross-functionally to resolve key client challenges.

How you'll make an impact

  • Lead the security engineering practice across the SIEM, EDR, SOAR, and other security platforms, providing operational and strategic planning, fostering innovation, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources across the MSS and AFC portfolio.
  • Own the technical direction and quality of MDR, co-managed SIEM, data engineering, and Tier 1 (engineering triage) offerings, including platform architecture, detection engineering standards, data-pipeline design, and SOAR orchestration.
  • Establish and drive process, documentation, and detection-content improvement; deliver metrics showing continuous improvement and efficiency in the client operational experience and adherence to SLOs.
  • Provide practice management, offer management, and sales enablement, partnering on scoping, proposals, and offer development, and direct high-priority initiatives while ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Enforce all policies and procedures, including those for security, change management, standards, and service provision; serve as an executive escalation point for platform and service delivery concerns.
  • Own accountability for the efficiency, value, and quality of the services the practice delivers, ensuring engineering leaders drive continuous improvement in cost, outcomes, and client experience.
  • Manage the financial aspects of the function, including input to purchasing, budgeting, and vendor/tooling decisions.

What we're looking for

  • Advanced security and/or leadership certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) and relevant security platform vendor certifications preferred.
  • 10 or more years of information security and professional/managed services experience required.
  • Demonstrated leadership of security engineering, SOC platform, or MSS delivery teams, including leadership of people managers, required.
  • Strong information security and platform engineering experience across SIEM, EDR, SOAR, and additional security platforms such as Wiz and Cribl required.
  • Experience with practice management, offer/sales enablement, and delivering managed security services engagements required.
  • Experience driving scale through security automation and orchestration technologies preferred.
  • Must be able to participate in scheduled and on-call/after-hours support, maintenance windows, and escalations across a 24x7x365 service.
  • Occasional travel (typically less than 15%) may be required for client, team, or vendor engagements.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documentation, statements of work, and service-level reporting.
  • Ability to write clear runbooks, standard operating procedures, and executive-level communications.

Responsibilities:

Purchase Order Processing & Documentation:

  • Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders.
  • Verify order details, pricing, and vendor terms before submitting for approval.
  • Track orders and follow up on delivery status with vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and receipts.

Inventory & Stock Support:

  • Monitor inventory levels and notify the Procurement Agent when stock replenishment is needed.
  • Assist in reconciling inventory discrepancies between orders and stock records.
  • Help conduct periodic stock counts and ensure proper documentation of inventory adjustments.

Vendor Coordination:

  • Communicate with vendors to confirm order details, resolve discrepancies, and address any supply issues.

Administrative & Cross-Department Support:

Qualifications
