The High Voltage Electrician/Terminator will be responsible for installing, testing, repairing, and maintaining medium/high voltage electric power cables and equipment. They will also have the opportunity to learn electrical testing and high voltage maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform terminations for cabling and repairs on medium/high voltage electrical distribution systems, including those in collection systems, data centers, and permanent facilities.
  • Perform cable splicing of medium voltage lines.
  • Install additional power feeds to temporary and permanent facilities, and make land connections on transformers, junction boxes, switchgear, switches, etc.
  • Open required high-voltage switches to de-energize lines or equipment to be worked on, test for voltage, and clamp grounding devices to equipment to ensure worker safety.

Qualifications

  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen due to this being a safety sensitive position.
  • Complete a satisfactory criminal background check.
  • Able to work overtime and travel out of town for extended periods of time.
  • Able to climb ladders, stand for extended periods, and lift 70 lbs.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.

The Class A / Class B Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of refrigerated and frozen food products to customers throughout Pennsylvania and surrounding states. Guest Management

  • Follow all guidelines, timelines, and deadlines regarding information required for all events.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure their event is a success by planning and addressing any concerns the client may have. This may include helping the guest to find other service providers such as disc jockeys, photographers, etc.
  • Work closely with both the Catering Chef and client to create the proper menu based on client specifications. Begin by presenting the Justin Thompson Catering Packet.
  • Always present and available to clients and floor manager during their event by phone (exceptions can be made with the client's awareness of such prior to the event) and be able to address any concerns during the event.
  • Present final bill with all applicable charges itemized to the client. Secure final payment of the event at the conclusion of the event using either a credit card secured by contract or check by client no more than 5 business days after the date of the event unless otherwise pre-approved by Director of Operations or Owner.

Financial Management

  • Work closely with Catering Chef to ensure labor, food cost and overall maintenance is kept within company guidelines and expectations.
  • Achieve company objectives with regard to sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive and productive work environment.
  • Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.
  • Physically count liquor and disposables inventory needed for end of month reporting on the 1st of each month.

Employee Management

  • Work with Catering Chef and Floor manager to make responsible decisions with regard to staff.
  • Positively reinforce staff with regard to guest's satisfaction, restaurant cleanliness, service standards and achievement of sales goals.

Qualifications

What You'll Do

Systems Architecture & Tech Stack

  • Own Salesforce as Cartwheel's CRM of record make architecture decisions, enforce data standards, and drive adoption across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage the add-on tooling ecosystem (including HubSpot, Churn Zero, StarBridge, Agile, and others), ensuring each tool is optimized and high-ROI

Who You Are

  • Proven experience supporting a high-functioning enterprise sales organization
  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, with at least 2 years in a people management role
  • Deep Salesforce expertise you've owned architecture decisions, not just configured fields; Salesforce Admin certification strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and rationalize a GTM tech stack, with experience managing tools like Outreach, HubSpot, or similar

The salary range for this role is $ 100,000 - $120,000. The salary range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location. The range is provided as an initial approximation at the time of posting and may vary based on the individual's unique qualifications and experience.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be detail oriented. In order to be a qualified candidate for this position, you must have an advanced understanding of complex framing including, but not limited to, heavy timber construction, complex roof framing, structural steel integration with wood framing, lumber optimization, and most importantly, you will be generating lumber and hardware material lists for rough and finish carpentry. The majority of your time will be spent in our Reno office. However, the candidate must also be comfortable driving and working in all weather conditions and be willing to wear bags for layout and field supervision whenever necessary. Many years of field experience on complex custom homes is a requirement of this position.

This job will also require the ability to generate well written RFI's. Candidate must be able to effectively communicate with clients, architects, engineers and our field staff.
