What We're Looking For:
  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.

Job Summary

Performs diagnostic imaging examinations on patients, ensuring the production of quality diagnostic images. Operates equipment to produce diagnostic images according to patient cases and relevant guidelines; ensures the quality of images is satisfactory for clinical purposes. Ensures accurate patient positioning during radiographic procedures; conducts image operations according to provider requests and other technical factors. Implements radiation safety guidelines and conducts proper radiation protection practices during the imaging process.

Delivers excellent patient care and education before, during, and after diagnostic imaging procedures. Ability to understand and navigate the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.

Sanford Rural Health Network Facility sites may expand job responsibilities based on the needs of the facility, to include, but not limited to: on-call rotation nights, weekends, and holidays. Perform diagnostic radiology procedures. Perform basic diagnostic radiology tasks and aware of general radiology protocols. May perform mobile imaging, electrocardiogram (EKG), cardiac monitor placement, and dual energy x-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) procedures.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program or be a candidate for certification.

Must have a good understanding of diagnostic radiographic principles, including radiographic positioning, film processing, quality control and radiation protection. Computer skills desirable. Experience with computed radiography and picture archiving and communication system (PACS) preferred.

If working in North Dakota, must be registered or a candidate for certification by the American Registry of Radiologic

Technologists (ARRT). If not registered upon hire, must attain registration within one year of hire. If working in Minnesota, must hold current registry by the ARRT.

Job Summary

Responsible for performing ultrasounds in a professional and diagnostic manner. Uses cognitive sonographic skills to identify and record appropriate anatomical, pathological, and diagnostic images. Thoroughly understand the operation of the ultrasound machine and utilize new technologies. Performs a variety of ultrasound examinations. Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of Diagnostic Imaging, Allied Health Certificate/Diploma or a minimum of one year

equivalent work experience is preferred.

Registration in at least one of the following areas of sonography is required: Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), or registry eligible.

Registry preferred within two years after hiring.

If working in North Dakota and performing medical imaging or radiation therapy procedures, licensure through the North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (NDMIRT) Board is required.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within six weeks of employment and re-certification as necessary is required.

Paramedic (Full- Time)

POSITION SUMMARY:
 

We’re hiring Paramedics that are passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality service and basic, as well as advanced, patient care to our customers.

 

**YOU ARE REQUIRED TO UPLOAD ALL ACTIVE DOCUMENTS YOU CURRENTLY HAVE ON YOUR APPLICATION OR YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AT THIS TIME. SEE BELOW. 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action while working with progressive Paramedic protocols.
  • Utilize your Paramedic skills on medical equipment and procedures including defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen and suction devices, and intravenous fluids to provide advanced medical care.
  • Communicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and assurance that care is being given.
  • Act as Paramedic team leader and take responsibility for the scene and unit management as needed.
  • Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
  • Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow Paramedics.

 

 

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Education/Licensing/Certification:
    • High school diploma or equivalent (GED
    • Ca Drivers’ License
    • Ambulance Driver’s License (from DMV)
    • Medical Examiner’s Card
    • State of California Paramedic License
    • CPR Card (AHA ONLY, Health Care Provider. Hand written cards are not acceptable)
    • ACLS Card (AHA ONLY, hand written cards are not acceptable)
    • PALS Card (AHA ONLY, hand written cards are not acceptable) or PEPP
    • Driving record in compliance with McCormick/AMR Safety and Driving policy (proof required if conditional employment is made). 

    • ICS courses
    o IS-100B (ICS 100)
    o IS-200B (ICS 200)
    o IS-700A (NIMS)
    o IS-800B (NIMS)
