Cath Lab Tech Full Time Days Position Summary Performs direct and indirect functions in the Cardiac Cath Lab. Assists all Physicians/staff with clinical and technical aspects of cardiovascular care performs miscellaneous duties as assigned. Scrubs monitors and circulates in all invasive procedures in the Cath lab and IVR. (Invasive/surgical and interventional procedures) inventory control. Able to function on all cardiac alerts and STEMI cases.

Job Responsibilities

Assesses physical, psychosocial, and growth and development needs of the patient, completes pre, intra and post procedure assessment, informs nurse/MD of any changes in patient's condition. Develops a plan of care for procedure being performed, plan of care is individualized to include specific patient problems, needs and scheduled procedure. Provides teaching and guidance to patient and/or family as well as staff members. Able to execute x-ray for desired views- abdominal aorta gram, runoff, division, storing and printing images, sets priorities for care of patients based on patient's needs and resources available, identifies and performs appropriately in emergency patient care solutions. Knowledge of set up and monitoring of IABP, assists with set-up, insertion and care of temporary and permanent pacemakers.

The Cath Lab Tech Full Time Days Candidate Will Possess The Following Education, License/Certifications, And Experience.

Education

Required: Associate degree in Radiology or equivalent, Basic EKG course. Preferred: Bachelor in Radiology or equivalent.

Experience

Preferred: 6 months in Cath Lab/Cardiac Intervention Lab.

Certifications

Responsibilities

  • SLP-CF must complete a minimum of 36 weeks (for full time employment) Clinical Fellowship while being supervised and mentored by a licensed, ASHA certified SLP.

  • SLP-CF must complete all requirements for provisional licensure, if applicable to the state, and practice in accordance to state licensure requirements and professional standards for the duration of the provisional license and Clinical Fellowship. If no provisional licensure in the state, must meet the supervision requirements set forth by CMS for patients with Medicare for the duration of the Clinical Fellowship.

  • Communicates status of Clinical Fellowship and licensure to direct supervisor and Director of Rehab in a timely manner. Member Service Specialist III

Provide members the highest level of service available in an efficient and courteous manner. Process monetary transactions within assigned limits, maintain accurate records and balance each day's transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Tasks, Duties, Functions:

  1. Processes and audits financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments and general ledger entries while maintaining a cash drawer.
  2. Provides Golden 1 services to member, including but not limited to cashier's checks, money orders, savings bonds, wire transfers and transactions, additional sub-shares, and debit card issuance.
  3. Assesses members needs while processing transactions.
  4. Identifies opportunities to help members relative to Golden 1 product or service offerings and documents in EnAct system.

  21. Approves signature cards.
  22. Audits loan reports and provides coaching as needed to avoid future errors.
  23. Provide approvals based on authorized limits as assigned by the Branch Manager.
  24. Notarizes member documents (certification of trust, etc.).
  25. Collects medallion stamp request information and sends to MSS IV or above for approval.
  26. Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to credit union compliance including bank secrecy and anti-money laundering laws appropriate to the position.

Summary:
The Senior Manager, Corporate Finance is responsible for the end-to-end administration of corporate debt facilities, including capital-raising activities, financial modeling, evaluation of financing alternatives, negotiation of terms, collateral management, and monitoring of compliance metrics. This role partners closely with the Managing Director of Treasury & Corporate Finance and internal stakeholders to execute aircraft and corporate financing transactions and to manage lender relationships across the company’s debt portfolio.

In addition to core transaction execution responsibilities, the role contributes to broader treasury initiatives, including supporting capital planning activities, enhancing cash flow forecasting frameworks, and developing insights into the company’s liquidity and funding strategy. The Senior Manager will also participate in the evaluation and development of new financing opportunities, gaining exposure to origination and structuring activities over time. These efforts will be performed in close coordination with Treasury leadership, with the potential for increasing scope and ownership as the role matures.

Job Duties:
•    Lead evaluation of financing proposals and market alternatives for aircraft and other capital needs, providing clear recommendations supported by financial and strategic analysis.
•    Drive execution of debt financing transactions from structuring through closing, including coordination of internal stakeholders (Treasury, Legal, Accounting) and external counterparties.
•    Negotiate economic and legal terms of debt agreements and amendments under the direction of Treasury leadership, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and risk parameters.
•    Oversee transaction timelines and deliverables, proactively identifying risks, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely execution of complex, multi-party processes.
•    Maintain and reconcile debt servicing schedules, ensuring the accuracy of internal records and alignment with external counterparties.
•    Support capital planning and liquidity management initiatives by contributing to forecasting, scenario analysis, and funding strategy discussions.
•    Partner with internal teams to support daily cash management activities, including optimizing cash positioning, evaluating funding requirements, and ensuring the efficient movement of funds across accounts and entities.
•    Develop and maintain lender relationships, serving as a primary point of contact for ongoing communications, reporting, and transaction support.
•    Coordinate documentation, closing deliverables, and post-closing requirements, including KYC processes and collateral administration.
•    Monitor market conditions, including interest rate environments and capital market trends, and provide informed recommendations on optimal financing structures and timing.
•    Support ongoing compliance, reporting, and administrative requirements related to existing debt agreements and counterparty obligations.
•    Organize and manage asset-related documentation for any pre- and post-financing requirements.
•    Manage matured debt facilities or prepayments, including payment processing and the proper release of collateral.
•    Maintain ownership of detailed execution and administrative aspects of financing and treasury activities, including invoice review, documentation, tracking of deliverables, and coordination of closing requirements, serving as the primary manager of the function and its outcomes in the absence of direct staff support.
•    Other duties as assigned.
