Qualifications:

    • Completes documentation per Company policy
  • Acts as the Company representative at assigned facilities while facilitating referrals to all service lines; works closely with referring hospitals, physicians, facilities, patients, families, and the general public.
  • Communicates frequently with other members of the IDT.
  • Provides all necessary clinical communication timely using SBAR.
  • Discusses any potential needs with after-hours staff.
  • Develops strong relationships with case managers, physicians, etc. at facilities.

Participates with the IDT to evaluate hospice referrals/admissions for level of care appropriateness.

Attends daily IDT collaboration meetings

Presents concise and pertinent oral and written reports to IDT; respects and encourages input from all disciplines.

Communicates accurately and completely to physicians, staff members, patients, families, and supervisors; utilizes positive approaches when working with others.

Supervises patient care provided by Community Health Workers and Home Health Aides as requested.

During times of emergencies (i.e. Hurricanes, etc.), the RN, Case Manager may be required to report to work at a location designated by the company, to ensure continuity of services. This may include reporting to work ahead of your scheduled date/time due to planned lock down of unit, and staying overnight(s) based on duration of emergency.

Performs other duties as assigned.

We're looking for Operating Room First Assist (OR FA) Techs for an immediate travel opening in Amarillo, TX. The right candidate should have at least 1 year of recent experience as a First Assist in a surgical setting. Read below for more requirements.

As an OR First Assist Tech, you will work alongside surgeons and the surgical team to provide intraoperative technical assistance, ensure a sterile environment, and support optimal patient outcomes. You will be responsible for anticipating the needs of the surgical team and providing advanced assistance during procedures, including wound closure and hemostasis.

As an OR FA Tech, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks:

  • Assist the surgeon with exposure, hemostasis, and closure during surgical procedures
  • Prepare the operating room with necessary supplies, instruments, and equipment
  • Maintain a sterile field and ensure adherence to aseptic techniques
  • Hand instruments and supplies to the surgeon during the procedure
  • Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and draping prior to surgery
  • Perform sponge, instrument, and needle counts in accordance with facility policy
  • Monitor the patient's condition and communicate with the surgical team as needed
  • Properly clean and sterilize instruments and equipment post-procedure
  • Document all intraoperative care and activities accurately and timely
  • Collaborate with circulating nurses, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff for seamless workflow

The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience as a Surgical Tech with First Assist responsibilities with certification as a Surgical First Assistant. Active certification through NBSTSA or NCCT. Additionally, they should possess a current BLS certification and be eligible for state-specific licensure if applicable.

First Assist Techs must demonstrate excellent knowledge of surgical techniques, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure environments.

Position Overview: The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for all clinical aspects of treatment for the patients they oversee. Compensation:

$125,000 - $300,000 commission based


Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential homebuyers to understand their needs and guide them through the home buying process.

  • Showcase our high-performance, energy-efficient homes, highlighting their unique features and benefits.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized buying experience.

Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Land Survey Party Chief for an onsite, field-based opportunity in Binghamton, New York. This position performs field surveys throughout New York and may work independently or with another survey professional. The role combines hands-on field surveying, small-crew supervision, survey data collection, construction layout, and in-office CAD and deed research responsibilities.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Survey Party Chief will perform field surveys throughout New York using robotic total stations, GPS equipment, and data collection software. This position requires experience with property line, boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction layout surveys as well as the ability to properly collect, download, and upload field data in accordance with established procedures.

The Party Chief will also perform in-office work involving CAD mapping with MicroStation and AutoCAD, deed research, and deed plots. This is a year-round field position requiring the ability and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

COMPENSATION
• Salary Range: $51,000-$60,000

GENERAL FUNCTION:

Accountable for overall production, coaching, training, and developing a team of licensed retail bankers. May handle large book of clients with more complex financial profiles. Accountable for sales of full range of securities products and achieve targeted securities fee income goals within assigned territory. Design and customize coaching sessions to train bankers on investment strategies and product solutions. Conduct solo and joint appointments with bankers and assist themin efficiently identifying potential clients and providing solutions that align with client needs, financial goals and objectives. Maintain presence within the bank to develop strong relationships and credibility with internal and external clients.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the company's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieving sales goals while serving the clients' best interests.
  • Plan and conduct individual and group coaching sessions with retail bank employees.
  • Develop and conduct client meetings to review existing accounts and close sales individually and jointly with licensed bankers.
  • Handle daily client needs and problems and prioritize and delegate tasks to resolve.
