What you'll do:

  • Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, you'll provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.

As a BAYADA HHA, you'll have the opportunity to develop close relationships with your clients while you help them with:

  • Activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
  • Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making etc.
  • Meal preparation and feeding
  • Range of motion/exercises
  • Assisting with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices)
  • Medication reminders

Position Summary

Knowledge

Someone who can walk into a manufacturing facility, talk shop with a machinist or a field technician, and turn that understanding into hires that actually stick. This isn't a desk-bound, keyword-matching recruiting role it's a seat at the table in a growing HR function, hiring the skilled tradespeople who keep Cooper legendary.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Partner directly with hiring managers across manufacturing, shop, and field service teams to understand role requirements, workforce needs, and team dynamics.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and hourly roles sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers from first contact to acceptance.
  • Build real relationships with employees and leaders on the floor and in the field to stay connected to the work, the culture, and where talent needs are headed.
  • Develop sourcing strategies that reach skilled tradespeople and technical talent through community outreach, job fairs, trade schools, and digital platforms.
  • Write job postings that accurately reflect the work and attract candidates who are genuinely qualified not just keyword matches.
  • Keep candidates informed and engaged from application through onboarding, so every interaction reflects well on Cooper.
  • Track recruiting activity, pipelines, and hiring metrics to inform workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues on onboarding, workforce development, and retention initiatives.
  • Help shape recruiting process and tools as Cooper's HR function continues to grow.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 10+ years recruiting for manufacturing, skilled trades, field service, or other technical roles.
  • You understand industrial work environments you know what a role actually demands before you ever post it.
  • You build trust fast, with people at every level, from the shop floor to senior leadership.
  • You've managed full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment and know how to juggle multiple open roles without dropping the ball.
  • You're resourceful with sourcing comfortable finding hard-to-reach talent across multiple channels.
  • You communicate clearly and build relationships that last beyond the hire.
  • You're organized, self-directed, and comfortable with applicant tracking systems and everyday HR technology.
  • You work well as part of a global HR team, collaborating across functions and geographies.

PREFERRED

  • Experience recruiting in an HR function that's actively building and evolving its processes.
  • A hands-on style genuinely willing to spend time in facilities to understand the work before you recruit for it.
  • A track record of adapting quickly as business needs shift.
  • A natural interest in the people who keep industrial operations running and a sense of ownership over getting it right for them.

This position is responsible for the following:

  • Provide care and treatment to women during prenatal, natal, and postnatal periods.
  • Diagnose, treat, and monitor diseases, disorders, and conditions.
  • Prescribe appropriate medications to treat patients in accordance with standardized procedures and company policy.
  • Perform pap smears, pelvic and breast exams.
  • Conduct mood and emotional well-being assessments during post-partum appointment.
  • Collaborate and consult with other medical and non-medical personnel.
  • Effectively monitor patients progress throughout treatment plan and care and provide continuous improvement on patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients on importance of treatment plans and communicate side effects and risk of medications prescribed.
  • Educate patients on disease prevention and reproductive health.
  • Demonstrate effective and detailed written documentation skills.
  • Conduct routine check-up appointments and maintain follow-up throughout patients care.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication with patients.
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Must be a Physician MD/DO, with a current license in The State of Texas. This license will be current (not revoked, suspended, or lapsed in registration), valid, and unencumbered (not subject to restriction pertaining to the scope, location, or type of practice ordinarily granted to other applicants for similar licenses in granting jurisdiction).

Certification and Licensure:

  • Current DEA licensure required
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Possess and maintain a current Basic Life Support Training Certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Board Certified (or eligible) in the appropriate ABOG - ACGME, CRCPSC, or AOA.

Work Environment:

  • Environmentally controlled medical office environment.
  • Work hours subject to office needs to ensure coverage during all hours of operation.
  • Frequent exposure to bodily fluids.
  • Possible exposure to infectious specimens, communicable diseases, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, medicinal preparations and other conditions common to a laboratory and medical office environment.
  • May wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves or a mask.
  • Frequent interaction with a diverse population including team members, providers, patients, insurance companies and other members of the public.
