Maintenance support:

  • Work closely with maintenance and operations to develop systems and procedures to:
    • Maximize equipment availability
    • Minimize equipment maintenance disruption to operations
  • Help with maintenance planning and the master schedule
    • Scheduling of equipment delivery
    • Scheduling shipments of parts orders

Regulatory compliance:

  • Interpretation and application of MSHA, DOT, and OSHA regulations
  • Help to monitor others as to compliance

General:

Qualifications

Education and Experience A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in coursework and related experience is required. Minimum of five years of progressive experience in the real estate or health care field including experience in such areas as promotion, public relations, or admissions, including a minimum of two years with a proven sales or promotion track record. Prior experience selling or promoting senior residential and health care services is highly preferred.

Description: 

As a Hospice Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA),
you are one of the most vital components of the Interdisciplinary Team! You are the heart, the eyes, and the key communicator of your patient’s needs. Your role is to follow a carefully planned out, personalized Care Plan for each patient you are assigned and to report and work closely with the RN Case Manager to ensure the care of the patient is completed and expectations
exceeded. You will effectively interact with all members of the Interdisciplinary Team as well as with your patients and their loved ones while maintaining the highest standards of care and professional nursing clinical competency.  


 

Minimum Requirements:  

  • Current CNA License in the State of Georgia  
  • Current CPR & First Aid Certification  
  • 1-2 years hospice experience (other candidates may be considered with experience in assisted living, home health, long term care)  
  • Utmost compassion & integrity  
  • Driver’s license, insurance and vehicle  
  • Excellent Time Management Skills

Position Details
  • Performs professional pharmacy activities in an acute-care hospital setting

  • Dispensing and monitoring of medication therapy

  • Sterile product compounding and IV admixtures

  • Provides drug information to physicians and nursing staff

  • Reviews and intervenes on medication regimens

  • Monitors drug interactions, allergies, therapeutic levels, and appropriateness of therapy

  • Documents drug protocols including TPN, pharmacokinetics, and Heparin

  • Maintains computerized patient medication records

  • Maintains controlled-drug records

  • Supervises pharmacy support personnel

  • Reviews pharmacy inventory and removes expired or compromised medications

  • Participates in quality assurance and regulatory requirements

Requirements
  • Current California Pharmacist License – Required

  • Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy – Required

  • Epic experience – Required

  • Pyxis experience – Required

  • 1–2 years of experience preferred

  • Hospital pharmacy experience preferred

  • Pharmacy residency training preferred

  • Strong communication, judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail

  • Ability to maintain HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards
