Call will be shared, admitting and rounding at a single Hospital. Position is based in the beautiful Heart Lung Vascular Institute , one of the medical centers six Centers of Excellence, on the University of Tennessee Medical Center campus. You will also be rotating through one of our satellite offices located just minutes outside the city. We are a 610 bed Level 1 Tertiary Care center and the only academic medical center in the region . About the Role

We’re seeking a Director of Business Development who will create and own a new contractor account pipeline – building relationships, sourcing new contractor opportunities, and adding new contractors to Sunlight’s platform from the ground up. A strong network in the home services space or the proven ability to generate pipeline in a new industry is vital to success.

You’ll identify and develop high-value opportunities, build relationships with prospective partners, and drive the full lifecycle from initial outreach through successful onboarding. Working across home improvement categories, you’ll build a strong pipeline of new partnerships that contribute to long-term lending volume and growth.

Reporting directly to the VP, Business Development.

Location: Remote or Charlotte, NC

What You’ll Do

  • Build the East Coast pipeline – Prospect and identify high-value business opportunities across the home improvement market through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, industry events, and more.
  • Drive new partnership acquisition with medium and large home improvement contractors and other strategic prospects, turning qualified opportunities into new Sunlight partners.
  • Own the business development process – manage opportunities from initial outreach and discovery through qualification, onboarding, and launch.

Overview

Celldex is seeking an accomplished market access leader to serve as Executive Director, National and Key Accounts, reporting to the Vice President, Managed Markets. This individual will lead the national and regional payer account organization responsible for securing and optimizing access for barzolvolimab, Celldex's investigational therapy in development for chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU), subject to regulatory approval. The Executive Director will translate the market access strategy into disciplined account execution across national and regional health plans, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), integrated delivery networks, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), government channels, and other priority customers.

The role requires exceptional leadership capabilities, deep market access expertise, and the ability to effectively represent account team insights, customer needs, reimbursement challenges, and market opportunities to Celldex Executive Leadership while ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategic direction.
