Senior Product Manager – Ecosystem — Alchemy
The Bitcoin Street Journal
northern, ky
Compensation: 160.000 - 250.000

  • Company: Alchemy
  • Location: NY New York US
  • Sector: CryptoPerp
  • Source: web3.career

About Alchemy

Alchemy is the Web3 infrastructure and developer platform that powers millions of users and the world’s most innovative blockchain applications. From enabling $1+ trillion in financial transactions worldwide to scaling L2s and enabling DeFi, Alchemy provides the infrastructure and tools developers need to build reliable, scalable, and accessible experiences.

Trusted by companies like JPMorgan, Stripe, Visa, Franklin Templeton, Nike, and backed by a16z, Coatue, Silver Lake, Lightspeed, and Stanford University, Alchemy is building the foundational layer for a decentralized and AI-enabled Web3 ecosystem. For more information, visit alchemy.com.

About The Role

You’ll own a 0→1 product surface at Alchemy, from the first customer conversation to GA to a self-serve growth engine. This is a builder’s seat. You’ll define the wedge, write the spec, sit with design and engineering daily, get on calls with developers and CTOs, and carry the number that proves it worked. You’ll have real latitude to shape the roadmap, so this role suits someone who’s comfortable defining the problem as well as solving it

What You’ll Do

  • Go 0→1. Take an ambiguous opportunity such as agentic payments, stablecoin rails, data APIs, or a new chain ecosystem, and turn it into a shipped product with real usage and real revenue.
  • Sell, build, and deliver. Run discovery calls, join sales calls, write the pitch, then go build what you promised and make sure it lands in production.
  • Be the voice of the developer. Live in support channels, GitHub issues, customer Slack channels, and your own terminal. Ship product that engineers choose without a sales call.
  • Set the bar on quality and speed. Define what great looks like for latency, reliability, and DX, then hold the line while moving fast.
  • Make the call. Decide with incomplete information, write down why, and revisit when the data changes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in product, with meaningful time on a developer platform, API, or infrastructure product. You’ve shipped things engineers integrate, not just use.
  • Demonstrated product-led growth experience: self-serve funnels, activation and conversion metrics, pricing and packaging, usage-based monetization.
  • Founder mentality. You’ve started something, whether a company, a business line, or a product nobody asked you to build.
  • Bias to action. You move quickly to get to a real answer: fast customer validation, clear evidence of demand, then a committed build with a path to revenue. Speed comes from cutting cycle time, not from cutting quality.
  • Customer obsessed and commercially fluent. Comfortable in a sales call, a design review, and a production incident on the same day.
  • Thrives in ambiguity. You create the structure rather than wait for it.
  • Technical enough to read an API spec, write a curl request, prototype with an AI coding agent, and hold your own with senior engineers.
  • Crypto and web3 experience is a plus. Deep curiosity is required.

HSA and FSA Plans

Fertility Benefits

Alchemy is committed to offering competitive compensation, including base salary as well as equity. Additionally, Alchemy offers comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as other benefits such as 401k and unlimited flexible time off.

Head of Capital Formation & Corporate Development
Uniphore Technologies North America Inc
palo alto, ca
Compensation: 200.000 - 350.000

Uniphore is one of the largest B2B AI-native companies—decades-proven, built-for-scale and designed for the enterprise. The company drives business outcomes, across multiple industry verticals, and enables the largest global deployments. Uniphore infuses AI into every part of the enterprise that impacts the customer. We deliver the only multimodal architecture centered on customers that combines Generative AI, Knowledge AI, Emotion AI, workflow automation and a co-pilot to guide you. We understand better than anyone how to capture voice, video and text and how to analyze all types of data. As AI becomes more powerful, every part of the enterprise that impacts the customer will be disrupted. We believe the future will run on the connective tissue between people, machines and data: all in the service of creating the most human processes and experiences for customers and employees.

Job Description: Uniphore is looking for a rare hybrid operator to lead the next phase of its private capital strategy and inorganic growth agenda. This is a CEO-adjacent, board-facing seat at a fast-growing, AI-native company — someone who will help determine how Uniphore funds its future, and what it builds versus what it buys to get there. Most organizations split this mandate across two people: one who raises capital, and one who runs M&A. We're looking for one person who can credibly do both. You don't need to be equally deep on each side — but you need a genuine track record on at least one, and real, hands‑on fluency on the other. This is not a generalist finance role, and it is not an entry point into private capital markets or M&A — we’re looking for someone who has already done this work and knows the players.

Location

Palo Alto, CA

Key Responsibilities

  • Capital Formation & Private Fundraising
    • Build and lead Uniphore's private fundraising strategy, targeting late-stage venture capital, growth-equity, and private equity investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals — including investors focused on companies approaching public-market readiness.
    • Own the debt‑financing strategy and lender relationships, working across bulge‑bracket and specialty/boutique banking partners to structure and negotiate debt facilities.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for private investors: end‑to‑end relationship management, tailored investor presentations, financial models, and fundraising materials.
    • Oversee investor due diligence, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with Uniphore's growth strategy.
  • Corporate Development & M&A
    • Partner with the Office of the CEO and the Chief Technology & Product Officer to drive Uniphore's inorganic growth strategy, including full‑lifecycle M&A: sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and integration.
    • Lead build‑versus‑buy analysis on emerging technology and product capabilities — bringing fluency in the startup and AI research‑lab landscape to identify and evaluate acquisition targets.
    • Determine the right capital structure for each transaction — whether it's funded from existing balance sheet capacity or requires a dedicated capital raise (debt or equity) — and lead that raise when needed.
    • Negotiate directly with target companies and their investors/captables through to close.
    • Executive & Cross‑Functional Partnership: Act as a true financial and strategic business partner to the CFO.
    • Work in close daily partnership with the CEO; prepare board‑ready materials and help secure board‑level approvals for fundraising and M&A decisions.
    • Align fundraising and corporate development initiatives across Product, Marketing, People, Legal, and Finance.
    • Serve as an internal expert on AI and SaaS market trends to guide strategic decision‑making.

What We're Looking For

  • A background at the Associate through Director/Partner level within an investment bank (bulge‑bracket or specialty/boutique), or equivalent principal‑side experience leading fundraising and/or corporate development at a high‑growth technology company.
  • A demonstrated, closeable track record on at least one of the two core mandates: leading and closing private fundraising rounds with VC, growth‑equity, or PE investors, or running M&A transactions full‑cycle — sourcing through integration — as a principal, not solely as an advisor or banker.
  • Working knowledge of whichever side isn’t your primary strength — we will invest in developing you further on that side, but you need to already speak the language.
  • Banking, investment banking, or venture capital experience is core to this profile.
  • Candidates who have also spent time in‑house at a public company — ideally in AI or data platforms — are especially well‑positioned, bringing both the deal‑side discipline and the operator's view of running these functions from inside a growth‑stage business.
  • AI or SaaS industry experience is non‑negotiable.
  • You should be able to speak credibly, internally and externally, to where the AI market is headed, who the emerging players and research labs are, and how that shapes build‑versus‑buy decisions.
  • Deep fluency in private capital markets specifically — VC/PE deal mechanics, terms, and investor psychology.
  • This is distinct from public‑markets investor relations experience.
  • Strong financial modeling and strategic/analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex M&A and fundraising decisions and their attendant risks.
  • Executive presence: proven ability to build trust and credibility directly with a CEO, executive team, and board.
  • A proactive, high‑autonomy operator who is comfortable managing multiple live workstreams in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.

Why Join Uniphore

This is an opportunity to build and own the capital strategy and M&A agenda for a high‑growth, AI-native company at a pivotal stage — with direct, regular access to the CEO and the Office of the CEO on the decisions that shape the company's next chapter. It comes with a meaningful equity opportunity at a company with a strong valuation trajectory.

Hiring Pay Range: $200,000 - $350,000

  • Benefits: In addition to competitive base pay, this position also includes an annual incentive opportunity based on target achievement, pre‑IPO stock options, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a match, and more, plus generous paid time off, paid holidays, paid day off for your birthday and other paid leave policies to support employees through all phases of life.

Location preference: USA - CA - Palo Alto

Uniphore is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.

We evaluate qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, and other protected characteristics.

Senior Product Manager, Public Sector & Security
Medallia
mclean, va
Compensation: 171.000 - 235.000

Overview

Medallia is the pioneer and market leader in Experience Management. Our award-winning SaaS platform, Medallia Experience Cloud, leads the market in the management of experiences, insights, and actions for candidates, customers, employees, patients, and residents alike.

We believe that every experience is a memory that can last a lifetime. Experiences shape the way people feel about a company. And they greatly influence how likely people are to advocate, contribute, and stay. At Medallia, we are committed to creating a world where organizations are loved by their customers and their employees.

We empower exceptional people to create extraordinary experiences together.

Bring your whole self.

The Role and Team Medallia is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the roadmap that brings the Medallia Experience Cloud — including its growing set of AI-powered capabilities — to our Public Sector customers: federal, defense, state, and local government agencies, along with the regulated industries and partners that sit alongside them. In collaboration with Medallia's Public Sector and Delivery teams you decide what gets built and in what sequence to make our flagship capabilities available in government-authorized environments, and you translate security, compliance, and AI governance requirements into product and engineering work, partnering with Medallia's Security, Compliance, and AI governance teams along the way.

Most of Medallia's recent and future innovation is AI-powered, so fluency in AI product development is central to this role, not incidental to it. As part of a company-wide mandate, you'll also partner with Legal and AI governance on the product's alignment with emerging AI-specific regulation and standards, such as the EU AI Act and ISO 42001, as they evolve. You'll be the product-facing voice for Public Sector customers, resellers, and internal stakeholders on feature availability, security posture, and AI capability, working closely with engineering, legal, and GTM.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Public Sector and enterprise security product roadmap: decide which flagship capabilities — including AI-powered features and core security capabilities — ship, and in what sequence, balancing business needs, compliance remediation, and AI governance reviews.
  • Own the product and business decisions that government authorizations (FedRAMP, IL4/IL5, StateRAMP, CJIS, IRS 1075) and enterprise trust certifications (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, HIPAA, HITRUST) require, translating frameworks like NIST 800-53 into product and engineering work in partnership with Security and Compliance.
  • Own core platform security and privacy capabilities as product surfaces: authentication and SSO, provisioning, roles and permissions, session and API access controls, encryption and customer-managed keys, tenant isolation and data residency, retention/deletion/legal hold, customer-facing audit logging and SIEM export, and privacy operations such as DSAR fulfillment, consent, and PII detection/redaction — including in AI-generated output.
  • Shape how AI-powered capabilities are made available in government-authorized and enterprise environments, translating AI governance and customer or agency expectations into product requirements in partnership with Medallia's AI governance function, including alignment with emerging regulation and standards such as the EU AI Act and ISO 42001.
  • Prioritize and sequence roadmap work generated by security remediation (pen test findings, vulnerability SLAs, review outcomes), compliance remediation, or AI governance reviews — Security and Compliance own findings and severity, this PM owns sequencing — and set the default security posture (secure by default, admin-controlled overrides) for new features.
  • Serve as the primary product point of contact for Public Sector and enterprise customers, resellers, and government cloud partners, as well as Sales and Delivery, on feature availability, security posture, AI capability, and certification status, including reducing security questionnaire and RFP burden through self-serve documentation and in-product evidence.
  • Support Security and Compliance during assessments and audits with product context and evidence as needed.
  • Partner with Security, Compliance, AI governance, Legal, and GTM to evaluate new market entry — new frameworks, agencies, or AI capabilities — and define the product work it would take to support them.
  • Report on public sector and security roadmap progress, AI capability rollout, and certification status to leadership on a recurring cadence.
  • Set and hold reliability, availability, and support expectations specific to government SLAs where they differ from commercial terms.

Candidates based in the Tysons vicinity will be prioritized as this role is Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite.

  • Experience defining and executing the roadmap for AI-powered features in an enterprise SaaS product.
  • Experience launching a product through a FedRAMP, StateRAMP, CJIS, IRS 1075, or comparable authorization, and translating compliance frameworks (e.g. NIST 800-53) into product and engineering requirements.
  • Experience leading cross-functional stakeholder alignment, spanning engineering, security, compliance, legal, and go-to-market teams.
  • Track record of driving product initiatives from strategy through operationalization, in an environment where compliance and AI governance requirements must be balanced against product priorities and core feature development.
