Key Responsibilities
•Perform varying manual, repetitive tasks to process meat from the turkeys. 
•Ensure product safety and product defense in the plant.  
•Follows all GMP and HACCP procedures that relate to product safety with the facility.  
•Supports all Food Safety initiatives. 
•Some tasks are performed using tools or equipment, while others are completed manually.
•Monitor equipment operation and promptly notify appropriate personnel of any malfunctions or safety concerns.
•Rotate through various functions within the processing department as needed.

Minimum Qualifications (Education & Experience)
•High school Diploma or related preferred
•Entry level does not require previous experience in a Production role

•Self-directed with the ability to work independently as well as with groups  
•Ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize work.  
•Ability to train, maintain and promote a safe work environment
•Read and understand HACCP along with FDA and OSHA requirements as needed
•Ability to use utensils/tools
•Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for prolonged periods of time
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions

While performing the duties of this job, the associate may be required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands, arms, and fingers to manually handle carcasses and parts. Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Certain roles may require specific vision abilities that may include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. 
Working Conditions & Travel Requirements
•Work is performed in a food processing plant with a high noise level, storage coolers/facilities.  
•Position requires working around processing plant equipment.  
•Must be physically capable of working extended hours, overtime, holidays, and weekends if needed and in varying elements that could include damp, cold, wet, hot or warm environment, standing for long periods of time.
•This position requires the individual to wear and work in personal protective equipment while in the manufacturing environment. 
•The noise level of the office environment is usually moderate; the noise level in the manufacturing environment may exceed 85 DBA and require hearing protection.

Key Responsibilities
•Ensures all products, process and areas comply with quality specifications. Inspects items and equipment for defects, inconsistencies, cleanliness standards, packaging errors, etc.
•Adheres to and assurance compliance with all USDA, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Safety/Food Safety procedures, standards and guidelines
•Monitors quality indicators and works closely with quality assurance team to monitor, maintain and document processes for compliance, product specifications and standards; may include chemical testing to ensure proper titration, monitoring of inbound and outbound shipments and trailers 
•Works closely across multiple teams to maintain process continuity and ensure seamless operations with timely product delivery
•Identifies and quickly resolves any issues in the process, including machinery breakdowns, material shortages, or process inefficiencies
•Maintains daily records of activities, performance metrics, and any issues that arise.
•Monitors various processes tracking, collecting data, and/or documenting as needed, including microbial findings and lab scores. Provides reports to inform opportunities.
•Assists with Pre-Op process
•Initiates and assists in foreign material investigations 
•Helps provide input on process improvements 
•Train/retrain hourly team members, Process Controllers and QA Technicians as needed, including when developing new processes
•Must cross train in other areas
•Perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Educations & Experience)
·High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
·Must be able to use basic math and typing skills
·Must be willing to work overtime and flexible shifts as required
·Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
·Must pass a background check, drug screen and pre-employment physical

•Working knowledge of production machinery and/or processes 
•Good learning agility

Key Responsibilities
•Ensures all products, process and areas comply with quality specifications. Inspects items and equipment for defects, inconsistencies, cleanliness standards, packaging errors, etc.
•Adheres to and assurance compliance with all USDA, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Safety/Food Safety procedures, standards and guidelines
•Monitors quality indicators and works closely with quality assurance team to monitor, maintain and document processes for compliance, product specifications and standards; may include chemical testing to ensure proper titration, monitoring of inbound and outbound shipments and trailers 
•Works closely across multiple teams to maintain process continuity and ensure seamless operations with timely product delivery
•Identifies and quickly resolves any issues in the process, including machinery breakdowns, material shortages, or process inefficiencies
•Maintains daily records of activities, performance metrics, and any issues that arise.
•Monitors various processes tracking, collecting data, and/or documenting as needed, including microbial findings and lab scores. Provides reports to inform opportunities.
•Assists with Pre-Op process
•Initiates and assists in foreign material investigations 
•Helps provide input on process improvements 
•Train/retrain hourly team members, Process Controllers and QA Technicians as needed, including when developing new processes

Primary Function

What You’ll Work On

  • Guide discussions with leadership and cross‑functional teams, including engineers, analysts, and support staff, to define success, capture pain points, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee data‑collection plans, facilitate workshops, and communicate findings using proven techniques to create shared understanding and buy‑in across stakeholders.
  • Advise on Lean Six Sigma, business process reengineering, design thinking, theory of constraints, and continuous process improvement frameworks, and provide recommendations with a clear view of the quantitative and qualitative outcomes.
  • Establish consistent quality or risk management practices, perform product and process evaluations, and champion corrective and preventive actions.

You Have

  • 8+ years of experience leading enterprise or program‑level quality management and process improvement initiatives for complex, mission‑critical network environments
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma, BPR, design thinking, TOC, or CPI
  • Experience authoring and maintaining Quality Management Plans
  • Experience presenting to senior leaders and technical teams
  • Ability to select and tailor met hods to mission needs
  • Ability to plan and execute data collection, facilitate cross‑functional workshops, and communicate analysis with SIPOC, Fishbone, FMEA, and trend analysis tools
  • Ability to synthesize leadership perspectives, operational constraints, and user feedback into actionable roadmaps
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
