Position Purpose:

Food and food service delivery drivers fulfill a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. Our delivery drivers not only make sure the customers’ products arrive at their destination at the arranged times and in good condition, but they are the face of our company – building lasting relationships with our customers!

The CDL-A Driver is responsible for driving a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight and drive and drop routes for the purpose of delivering and/or unloading food and food related products to customers in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
  • Performs all required safety checks (i.e., pre/post trip) including inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations; inspects tractor/truck and trailer to insure they meet company safety standards and take appropriate action as needed.
  • Reports all safety issues and/or repairs required.
  • Follows all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies.
  • Immediately reports all safety hazards. Inspects trailer for properly loaded and secured freight.
  • Performs count check of items and check customer invoices of products that have been loaded.
  • Checks and completes in an accurate and in legible fashion all required paperwork associated with freight.
  • Moves tractor to the loading dock and attach preloaded trailer as needed.
  • Drives to and delivers customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule.
  • Unloads products from the trailer, transports items into designated customer storage areas.
  • Performs damage control checks on items, scans, and contact supervisor about removing orders according to company policy.
  • Verifies delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures.
  • Collects money (cash or checks) where required. Loads customer returns on to trailer and secures trailer doors.
  • Ensures that tractor, trailer, and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured.
  • Unloads damaged goods and customer returns and bring to the driver check-in and complete necessary paperwork. Unloads all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required.
  • Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
  • Performs general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required.
  • At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• 6+ months commercial driving experience
• Valid CDL-A
• Must be 21+ years of age
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
• Pass road test
• Attains or has valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card
• Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight of varying size and weight throughout shift; product generally ranges from between 10-35 pounds and up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location

Position Overview:
Manage the daily transactions of all items received to the dock, including all paperwork for receiving and enter into Oracle system. Assist shipping department as needed. Assist with managing supply crib inventory and manage the flow of materials in and out.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with procurement staff to determine expected deliveries and assist with any matching hold issues that arise.
  • Assist shipping department as needed.
  • Verify, sign off and enter receipt of incoming shipments into Oracle in a timely manner.
  • Visually inspect contents to ensure packages aren’t damaged.
  • Responsible for accuracy of documents and verifying receipts with open orders.
  • Compare identifying information (counts, weights or measures) of shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.

Position Overview:

The Finishing Technician supports daily manufacturing operations in the areas of safety, product quality, throughput, and workplace organization. This role performs hands on finishing, patching and repairing parts within the process flow of ceramics-based finished goods.  The technician will use visual magnification techniques and equipment and machines to assist in the validation of production to meet daily and weekly production targets.


Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Finish intricate, ceramic components by removing or repairing various types of visual and feature indications with precision tools and techniques.
  • Perform in-process and final inspections using calibrated instruments and visual standards to ensure dimensional accuracy and cosmetic quality.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Achieve team production and efficiency goals by meeting or exceeding operational and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to resolve build or process issues and support continuous improvement.
  • Work cross functionally to perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to promote a culture of teamwork and efficiency such as assisting in develop and execution of engineering experiments as requested. Communicate effectively with production leadership, Quality, and Engineering to identify and resolve production issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with 6S and EHS policies and adherence to PPE and chemical hygiene protocols.
  • Follow all PPE safety rules and policies for a safety-first culture such as safety glasses, safety shoes, gloves, and lab coats in designated areas.


Qualifications & Requirements:

Education & Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent certification/proven work experience. 
  • 0+ years of work experience in manufacturing, or another related field.
  • Experience in a fast paced or additive manufacturing environment a plus. Exposure to using various lab instrumentation and test equipment a plus.
  • Ability to pass standard vision and hearing test as part of pre-employment testing.
  • High level of attention to detail and dexterity to perform work on detailed surfaces with repetitive small hand movements
  • Comfortable working with hazardous materials in a controlled environment.

Other Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Position Overview:

The Finishing Technician supports daily manufacturing operations in the areas of safety, product quality, throughput, and workplace organization. Qualifications & Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Overview:

The Service Technician operates a company service truck and drives to various locations to service/pump/clean portable restrooms and/or holding tanks. This position is the heart of our business.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with USS and DOT requirements.

Overview:

The Fence Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation, installation, and removal of temporary fencing at customer job sites. This role ensures timely, high-quality service delivery while operating vehicles and equipment in compliance with safety standards. Fence Technicians maintain a strong customer focus, support the onboarding and training of new team members, and may step in to assist with lead responsibilities as needed to support daily operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily inspection of all tools assigned to the truck to ensure safety and proper working condition
  • Check loads to ensure that truck has all material (fence panels, poles, etc.) and tools needed to complete service tickets
  • Conduct daily pre-shift vehicle inspection & report deficiencies to shop immediately
  • Operate fence vehicle to and from pre-designated work sites
  • Unload all fence materials and install fence panels, with appropriate tools, at work site in accordance with pre-determined specifications. Locate, measure and mark location for placement of panels & installation
  • Coordinate the workload and the efforts of the Fence Helper. Examine and inspect work progress, equipment & work site to ensure that specifications are met
  • Meet with site superintendent (or other designated representative) to confirm work order. Maintain telephone or radio contact with supervisor to receive additional instructions, changes to work locations, etc
  • Record information such as personnel, production and operational data on specified forms and submit to Fence Manager at end of each shift

Overview:

The Fence Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation, installation, and removal of temporary fencing at customer job sites. This role ensures timely, high-quality service delivery while operating vehicles and equipment in compliance with safety standards. Fence Technicians maintain a strong customer focus, support the onboarding and training of new team members, and may step in to assist with lead responsibilities as needed to support daily operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily inspection of all tools assigned to the truck to ensure safety and proper working condition
  • Check loads to ensure that truck has all material (fence panels, poles, etc.) and tools needed to complete service tickets
  • Conduct daily pre-shift vehicle inspection & report deficiencies to shop immediately
  • Operate fence vehicle to and from pre-designated work sites
  • Unload all fence materials and install fence panels, with appropriate tools, at work site in accordance with pre-determined specifications. Locate, measure and mark location for placement of panels & installation
  • Coordinate the workload and the efforts of the Fence Helper. Examine and inspect work progress, equipment & work site to ensure that specifications are met
  • Meet with site superintendent (or other designated representative) to confirm work order. Maintain telephone or radio contact with supervisor to receive additional instructions, changes to work locations, etc
  • Record information such as personnel, production and operational data on specified forms and submit to Fence Manager at end of each shift
  • Train and support Fence Helpers on proper installation procedures and safety protocols; reinforce best practices in the field and step in to support lead technician responsibilities as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
  • Valid Commercial Driver's license (CDL Class C). 
  • Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements:
  • Sit while driving and stand while servicing products
  • Use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects tools or controls
  • Repeat the same movements

Overview:

The Service Technician operates a company service truck and drives to various locations to service/pump/clean portable restrooms and/or holding tanks. This position is the heart of our business.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with USS and DOT requirements.
  • Perform all work duties in a safe manner in accordance with USS and DOT safety standards to ensure no accidents or injuries.
