High Hotels Ltd., is a leading operator of select-service and extended stay hotels across PA & NJ. We strive to maintain the highest standards in guest service and overall product quality.

As a Guest Services Representative for High Hotels LTD., you are required to positively represent the hotel to the guest by responding courteously and efficiently to guest needs, acting as a source of information about the hotel and local area, and assisting guests during arrivals and departure. You will also be responsible for operating the switchboard and handling departmental accounting and financial transactions as they relate to this position.

This position will be located at our select service Hilton property in the Lehigh Valley area.

We are seeking Full-Time Guest Services Representatives with the availability to work (4-5 days a week) either 7:00AM - 3:00PM OR 3:00PM-11:00PM on varying days, including weekends & holidays.

Starting Rate: $15.75-$16.75 depending on experience!

Areas of responsibility for our Guest Services Reps include:

  • Taking, modifying, and canceling guest reservations.
  • Communicating hotel facilities and services to guests.
  • Providing information on the local area and points of interest.
  • Assisting guests with arrivals and departures.
  • Answering the front desk phone.
  • Cash handling.

Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) preferred.

Position Summary

A Senior Wireperson is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the assembly process of various products. They work closely with a team of assemblers to ensure that products are assembled correctly and efficiently, meeting quality standards and production deadlines. The Senior Assembler may also provide guidance and training to junior assemblers, troubleshoot any assembly issues, and assist in the development and improvement of assembly procedures. They play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth assembly process and ensuring the overall quality of the finished products.

Essential Responsibilities

•Build and assemble mechanical components for Switchgear and/or Breaker units according to engineering drawings and customer specifications.

•Perform maintenance and proper use of tools.

•Lead team members on all aspects of ship prep

•Assist in training employees

•Must have a basic command of the English language, both written and verbal.

•Knowledge of system software (i.e. Oracle, MES, True View) to look up parts and drawings.

•Safely use variety of hand/power tools.

•Lift up to 50lbs using proper lifting techniques.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ESL Instructor to provide English as a Second Language (ESL) and English for Specific Purposes (ESP) instruction to adult frontline employees at an onsite facility.

The instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging classroom instruction, preparing course materials, maintaining accurate attendance and assessment records, supporting student retention and participation, and collaborating with program and facility partners.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver 6–15 instructional hours per week at an onsite facility.
  • Teach assigned ESL/ESP classes to adult frontline team members.
  • Receive 15 minutes of paid planning time for every 1 hour of instructional time.
  • Develop instructional materials and support community building prior to testing.
  • Attend monthly program check-ins, quarterly virtual faculty meetings, required trainings, registration events, and graduation ceremonies.
  • Maintain the live attendance tracker daily, including:
    • Student first and last name
    • Employee/personnel number
    • Arrival and departure times
  • Administer required oral speaking assessments:
    • Pretest by the end of Week 3
    • Posttest by the end of Week 13
  • Enter assessment results into the designated Oral Assessment Report.
  • Prepare completion and participation certificates.
  • Update graduation and completion status in the attendance tracker.
  • Communicate student absences and tardiness to facility and program partners.
  • Provide at least 3 hours' notice for unplanned absences or scheduling issues whenever possible.
Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge of ESL teaching strategies and instructional methods, including:
    • Grammar
    • Reading
    • Writing
    • Listening
    • Speaking
  • Demonstrated English fluency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accurate real-time data entry.
  • Ability to support student social-emotional needs, belonging, retention, and cross-cultural learning.
  • Ability to complete required oral-assessment onboarding, norming, and program training.
  • Ability to report to the facility's designated security office upon arrival.
  • Ability to comply with all facility policies and procedures.
  • Must wear closed-toe shoes with no open heel and comply with additional site-specific safety requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
  • TESOL certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of adult ESL teaching experience preferred.
  • Strong classroom management, organization, lesson planning, technology, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in a second language.
  • Experience teaching English for Specific Purposes (ESP).
