Cloud Development Engineering Senior Principal (Jersey City, Tampa, Dallas)
The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC)
tampa, fl

Are you ready to make an impact at DTCC?

Do you want to work on innovative projects, collaborate with a dynamic and supportive team, and receive investment in your professional development? At DTCC, we are at the forefront of innovation in the financial markets. We are committed to helping our employees grow and succeed. We believe that you have the skills and drive to make a real impact. We foster a thriving internal community and are committed to creating a workplace that looks like the world that we serve.

The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.

Pay and Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation, including base pay and annual incentive
  • Comprehensive health and life insurance and well-being benefits, based on location
  • Pension / Retirement benefits
  • Paid Time Off and Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
  • DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build and migrate the cloud-native platform. Design stateless, horizontally scalable OCP services and move the estate incrementally toward full cloud adoption without a big-bang rewrite.
  • Remove delivery bottlenecks through automation. Create disposable, reproducible, self-service environments that shorten testing cycles and turn constrained test capacity into an engineering capability.
  • Engineer production resilience, observability, and cost discipline. Make systems diagnosable by design with actionable traces, metrics, SLIs, and cost controls across compute, storage, telemetry, and cloud consumption.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

  • 10+ years of experience building and operating production systems, with the majority of that experience being hands-on and current coding responsibilities.
  • Deep cloud-native development expertise, including containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, stateless service design, and resilience patterns applied appropriately — retry with backoff, circuit breaking, idempotency, graceful degradation, and safe rollback.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one of Java/Python with meaningful understanding of infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD practices — including Terraform, Helm, and pipeline design as core engineering responsibilities rather than ancillary scripting.
  • Proven distributed systems troubleshooting experience, demonstrated through specific production scenarios such as consumer lag and rebalance storms, partition skew, GC pauses and OOMKills, connection pool exhaustion, object-store throttling, and network partitions — including how these issues were diagnosed under time pressure.
  • Strong instrumentation discipline, including OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing across service boundaries, custom metrics, structured logging with correlation IDs, RED/USE methodology, and SLI/SLO definition. This includes cardinality discipline and an understanding that poor instrumentation can create both reliability and cost challenges.
  • Hands-on observability tooling depth across platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Dynatrace, or Splunk, with evidence of building the underlying signals rather than only consuming dashboards created by others.
  • Cloud cost engineering and FinOps experience, including rightsizing and autoscaling policy, spot and reserved capacity, storage lifecycle and tiering, egress awareness, Kafka retention economics, Snowflake warehouse sizing and auto-suspend, telemetry ingestion volume, tagging and showback discipline, and the ability to express cost per unit of work rather than only as a monthly total.
  • Streaming and data platform exposure, including Kafka operations, object storage, lakehouse table formats, and Snowflake. The role does not require being the data modeler, but it does require understanding how these platforms fail and what they cost to operate.
  • Experience operating in hybrid and legacy environments, including mainframe-adjacent, private cloud, and public cloud estates, with delivery through dual-run and incremental cutover approaches rather than assumptions of a greenfield environment.
  • Fluency in regulated environments and the ability to influence without authority, including change control, disaster recovery obligations, audit evidence, secrets management, least privilege, and the ability to establish engineering standards across teams not directly managed.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations. We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.

THE ROLE

Family Law CASA is seeking a professional with experience in family law and/or child advocacy who will train, guide, and support volunteers as they gather information about children’s safety and well-being within a dynamic legal framework. Advocate Supervisors are responsible for managing a caseload with multiple deadlines; assessing and prioritizing case issues; reviewing and editing court reports; supporting volunteer recruitment efforts, fundraising, and program operations; and fostering a positive work environment.

We are looking for a motivated self-starter with excellent attention to detail, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and wants to support us in fulfilling our mission. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), non-exempt, salaried position that reports to our Program Manager.

  • Monitor and assess pleadings, reports, orders and communications for safety concerns throughout the case and to ensure adherence to statutory guidelines and court proceedings in conjunction with Program Attorney.
  • Monitor and assess the progress of volunteer CASAs consistent with the legal structure and timeline of the case and report any concerns, complaints, or problems to the Program Manager, Program Attorney or Executive Director as needed.
  • Run and/or update background checks for the parties and any and/or all adults living in their respective homes.
  • Receive, review and edit volunteer CASA draft court reports for responsiveness to the Order of Appointment and case type, as well as grammar and format, and collaborate with the CASA to create a strong, clear, and unbiased analysis of safety issues. Follow Program Attorney guidance and following up with the volunteer CASAs as needed for clarification or corrections.

  • Interview potential volunteer CASAs and assess suitability.
  • Teach segments of the quarterly required new advocate training according to interests and strengths.

Ability to read, write and speak English with primary fluency is required.

OUR DIVERSITY, EQUITY, INCLUSION & BELONGING VALUES STATEMENT

At Family Law CASA, we recognize our existence is inextricably tied to racist, sexist, and classist systems that disproportionately impact marginalized groups of King County, especially BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) and people in low-income communities. Through our critical work championing children’s voices in family court, we seek to continue to mitigate these real impacts by:

  • Implementing anti-racist and inclusive practices and intentionally participating in ongoing equity and bias training with our board, staff, and volunteer CASAs.
  • Including and elevating the voices of all stakeholders that intersect with our program and hold ourselves and our allies accountable for ensuring access to justice and equitable representation in family court.
  • Recognizing that authentically engaging with and centering historically marginalized voices will enable us to disrupt systemic harm and transform our practices, programming, and organization to be more equitable.

Full-Time | Outpatient Setting | Coral Springs, Florida

$90,000–$95,000 Base Salary

HR Service Pros is managing recruitment for this Lead Physical Therapist opportunity on behalf of our client, an established and growing outpatient physical therapy practice committed to exceptional patient care and a strong clinical team.

Ready for More Leadership Without Giving Up Patient Care?

You’ve built your clinical skills. You know how to deliver excellent patient care. Now you may be ready for the next step: more influence, more leadership, and a greater voice in how care is delivered, without leaving the treatment room behind.

Our client is seeking a full-time Lead Physical Therapist who can provide outstanding outpatient care while helping support the clinical team and strengthen clinical standards as the practice continues to grow.

This is an opportunity for a PT who enjoys treating patients but is also ready to become a trusted clinical resource for colleagues, support PTAs, and take on greater responsibility within the practice.

Why This Role Is Different

A manageable patient schedule.

Expect approximately 10 patients per day , with care delivered primarily one-to-one. The goal is quality treatment, not rushing patients through a high-volume schedule.

Leadership without giving up patient care.

Continue doing the clinical work you enjoy while taking a larger role in supporting the team, reinforcing clinical standards, and contributing to the practice’s continued growth.

A supportive team environment.

Join a positive, collaborative workplace with involved owners who value communication, professionalism, teamwork, and a healthy working environment.

Investment in your professional growth.

Continuing education and certification support are available to help you expand your expertise and continue advancing your career.

Technology that supports advanced care.

Work with balance and vestibular technology including a Safety Overhead System, infrared video goggles, and VR balance units.

A diverse outpatient caseload.

Treat patients across orthopedic, post-surgical, balance, vestibular, neurological, gait, mobility, and sports rehabilitation needs.

A schedule you can plan your life around.

Full-time hours are 8:30 AM–5:30 PM , including a one-hour lunch from 12:30–1:30 PM .

Benefits that support you beyond the clinic.

The position includes health benefits and paid time off.

Most importantly, this role provides a clear path toward greater clinical leadership as the organization grows.

Compensation

$85,000–$100,000 base salary

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is an experienced Physical Therapist who combines strong clinical judgment with excellent communication and a genuine interest in helping others succeed.

Candidates should have:
