Purpose of Role:

Develop Type I, II, Ill & IV CAPEX cost estimates and OPEX cost estimates for major projects. These estimates are to include engineering, project management, procurement, fabrication, transport, installation, hook-up & commissioning, OPEX and abandonment. Good working knowledge of estimating software programs, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and Visual Basic.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to the preparation and/or supervision of cost estimates in accordance with the approved procedures during various project phases including Pre-FEED and FEED
  • Provide support in the development of estimating standards, procedures and systems for the estimating of tenders and proposal
  • Provide cost estimating guidance to projects
    Work with the team to define an appropriate Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in accordance with the customer and project requirement.
  • Prepare the estimate plan to include establishment of the estimating methodology and cost estimating principles applicable to the estimate preparation.
  • Review design scope criteria and quantities for completeness and coordinate with the project to develop additional estimating bases when information is incomplete.
  • Support the collection, verification and integration across all work scope into the cost estimate
  • Provide support in identifying, analyzing, and providing innovative solutions to cost estimating problems.
  • Compare and analyze scope, quantities and cost data between projects. In comparison with previous estimates, outcome costs and vendor prices, carry out benchmark estimates through high level norms and industry standards
  • Support the development of future benchmarking and estimating tools.
  • Develop escalation model where required and assist with the development of owners cost.
    Coordinate identification of areas of risk in the compilation of cost estimates and evaluate appropriate levels of contingency. Where necessary perform Monte Carlo type risk analysis of costs estimates to determine contingency and accuracy levels.
  • Ensure sound quality of cost estimates adhering to the Worley Cost Estimating review procedures at varying project phases.
  • Prepare and present cost estimating information to management/customer. This may include the development of Basis of Cost Estimate report.
  • Participate in establishing pricing structures to be applied to quantities for estimates.
  • Prepare cost trend estimates in support of project cost trend programs.

Qualifications

Technical and Industry Experience:

  • Thorough technical and practical estimating skills and able to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work to Worley and its customers.
  • Knowledge of the fundamental requirements of the discipline, and the basic requirements of other disciplines
  • Knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Highly competent in the use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and discipline specific software and tools.
  • Thorough technical, practical and leadership experience in the relevant discipline, including experience in project engineering and management with specialized estimating expertise.
  • An understanding of project planning and scheduling experience and demonstrable leadership in working with a multi-disciplinary team in large scale projects.
  • Indirect estimating and staffing plan development

Preferred:

  • Local candidates in Houston and Baton Rouge strongly preferred
    Postgraduate qualifications in the relevant discipline; management or supervisory qualifications or equivalent qualification/experience
  • Previous LNG and major project experience leading a group of estimators
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to deal with challenging situations.
  • Strong understanding on contractual and subcontract language and evaluation preferred.
  • Ability to work 60+ hour workweeks, weekends, holidays in office 100% of the time.
  • Previous project control and cost report creation a plus.
  • Ability to push the right process and explain the consequences of deviating from sound industry work processes and procedures.

The Vice President - 504 Lending (VP) provides leadership, management and vision necessary for the MCDC 504 loan officers and Loan Processors to develop new SBA 504 loan opportunities. The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet staffing needs across Art and Wellness Enterprises (AWE) and its diverse, complex portfolio of supported organizations spanning healthcare, arts, education, and philanthropy. This role collaborates closely with hiring managers, search committees, and People Services to understand hiring needs, provide full‑cycle recruitment support, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a trusted recruitment partner by consulting with leaders throughout the hiring process, developing recruitment strategies for assigned areas, and maintaining a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates to support evolving organizational needs. This role requires a proactive and agile approach to keep pace with rapidly evolving organizational needs while balancing multiple searches and providing guidance throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Success in this role requires strong relationship‑building and communication skills, sound judgment, exceptional organizational abilities, and the ability to balance consultative partnership with operational execution. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting and selection process for positions within assigned functional area.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and identify position requirements for assigned searches.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and perform in‑depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
  • Plan and execute the interview process by communicating expectations, feedback, and status information to candidates, hiring managers, cross‑functional partners, and other stakeholders throughout the selection process.
  • Prepare and extend job offers to successful candidates, negotiating terms and conditions as needed, and managing the offer acceptance process.
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and other relevant job sites to meet the staffing needs across the ecosystem.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs, including difficult‑to‑fill and specialized positions.

Partnership

  • Consult with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process by providing guidance on candidate selection, interview practices, recruitment strategies, and hiring recommendations.
  • Identify, build, and maintain collaborative relationships with hiring managers, People Services, and other internal and external stakeholders to support organizational hiring objectives.
  • Provide market insights and recruitment expertise to support hiring decisions and workforce planning discussions.
  • Promote a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate closely with People Services and other cross‑functional departments on projects supporting staffing efforts across the ecosystem.
  • Assist departments with inquiries related to talent acquisition, ensuring alignment with recruitment strategies and stakeholder needs.

Recruitment Operations

  • Utilize Workday Recruiting and related candidate relationship management (CRM) and applicant tracking system (ATS) systems to manage full‑cycle recruitment processes, ensuring an efficient and seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status and recruiting pipeline reports on an assigned cadence.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and hiring activity to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with organizational policies, employment laws, and established recruitment practices.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support evolving organizational needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
  • Professional human resources certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent credential preferred.
  • 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience as a full‑cycle recruiter supporting a variety of positions across multiple business functions.
  • Experience supporting complex organizations or multi‑entity environments, preferably within healthcare, higher education, nonprofit organizations, museums/cultural institutions, philanthropy, or similarly complex environments.
  • Experience recruiting staff and faculty members in a medical school or other higher education environment is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of full‑cycle recruitment practices, sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, applicable employment laws, and talent acquisition compliance requirements.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and search committees to develop recruitment strategies, evaluate candidates, and support hiring decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions while balancing competing priorities and delivering a high‑quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Experience developing talent pipelines and proactively sourcing candidates through a variety of recruitment channels.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintaining recruitment data. Prior Workday Recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, virtual meeting platforms, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with candidates, hiring managers, leaders, search committees, and cross‑functional stakeholders.

About the Role

A bit about the role:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll join us to support the delivery of recruitment across our US-based events and brands.
