Responsibilities:

The Regional Maintenance Manager (RMM) is responsible for mentoring and training on-site service team members as well as ensuring compliance to company policies for maintenance. Additionally, the RMM will meet with and present various recommendations to owners and senior leadership, assist in developing scopes of work, managing vendor (supplier) relations, and analyzing properties with respect to capital needs, budgeting and maintenance.

Track the annual Elevated Surface Inspection conducted by the site teams, completing the process by ensuring that all steps of the inspection are complete and reported to leadership.

Lead on-site maintenance staff in the diagnosis of problems and repairs related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structure, and appliances. Schedule preventive and floating maintenance, if applicable.

Schedule and conduct training workshops and classes, including tracking the registration process through final close-out of all classes in the current Learning Management System (LMS). Assign and work with DMM, where applicable, to conduct and track classes.

Assist the Regional Property Manager (RPM) with the annual budget process providing subject matter expertise for maintenance-related items.

Evaluate suppliers and their services on an annual basis based on quality, customer service and pricing.

Assist in the interview process for Service Supervisors to help assess the candidate's technical qualifications and cultural fit within the organization's maintenance team. Provide a post-interview written report on the Candidate's qualification for the position to the hiring manager.

Supports community and the RPM with associate training, coaching and discipline.

Perform other tasks as directed.

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

We’re looking for reliable, hard-working team members who take pride in doing the tough stuff — like keeping bathrooms spotless, the parking lot and pump area free of trash, and making sure every part of the store is clean and safe. If you don’t mind getting your hands a little dirty and you enjoy helping people, this could be the role for you!

 


Responsibilities

What You'll Do
  • Greet every customer with a smile and run the register with accuracy and speed

  • Become an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales — ensuring compliance with all age verification and legal requirements

  • Offer friendly service and upsell customers when possible to increase sales

  • Keep the inside and outside of the store clean and safe, including:

    • Deep cleaning high-use restrooms

    • Wiping down and sanitizing gas pumps (nozzles, screens, water buckets)

    • Picking up litter and trash from the floor and lot area

    • Taking out the trash to the dumpster in all kinds of weather

  • Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise looking fresh and full

  • Maintain a clean and organized store — sweep, mop, clean windows, and maintain entryways

  • Willingly cross-train in other departments, including deli, as needed

  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies

  • Be a team player and step in to help wherever needed

Qualifications

  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older 
  • Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays, embracing the full rhythm of retail.
  • Willingness: Be prepared to work hard and stay on your feet for most of your shift.  Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
