The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to caring for underserved and medically complex populations and experience working within an interprofessional, team-based model. Experience with individuals with IDD preferred.

This position is open to board-eligible or board-certified physicians in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.   • Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution
  • Board Certification: Active ABIM board certification in Internal Medicine.
  • Endocrinology Fellowship Training & Board Eligibility:
    • Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Endocrinology fellowship.
    • Board-eligible in Endocrinology through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
