What You Bring
Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills—comfortable selling both face-to-face and virtually.
High energy, self-motivated, and competitive—driven to exceed targets.
Professional presence and genuine ability to connect with business owners.
Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industries is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and ability to spend at least 75% of your time in the field.
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
Two or more years of relevant B2B sales experience.
Must live within the geographic area of the posting.
Compensation
Annual On-Target Earnings range (OTE): $75,000 - $140,000+
Base Salary: $40,000+
Residual Income: Keep earning monthly from the accounts you build.

Job Summary
Responsible for prospecting and running Global Payments Point of Sale presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants, restaurateurs, and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle. As a Software Relationship Manager (SRM) you will report to a District Manager and receive coaching from a Director. Activities include explaining our value proposition and demonstrating our cloud based Point of Sale solution, upselling current clients on other Global Payments products and services, and maintaining regular communication with the Point of Sale District Manager.

Job Duties
Your role as a SRM is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants throughout the area. You will work closely with your local District Manager to set appointments with business owners in person via your network and referral partnerships that you build. You will then run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Global Payments Point of Sale solutions to close sales in small to mid-sized businesses.
During the training period, your District Manager will accompany you on your initial appointments to train you on our short-cycle sales process using our CRM platforms Atlas and Salesforce, used for lead generation, sales presentations, on the spot client financial analysis and paperless contract processing.
Additional Responsibilities
- Responsible for prospecting new clients.
- Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; currently Atlas.
- Responsible for achieving minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure quota.
- Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up-to-date.
- Attend weekly team meeting and weekly one-on-one with leader.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Summary of This Role
We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with large, multi-unit restaurant brands. The enterprise account executive will work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales Engineers, Product, Marketing, Implementation teams, etc.) to tailor solutions that solve our customers biggest challenges across the suite of technology solutions. The ideal candidate has experience with strategic selling and requires a deep understanding of the restaurant technology industry and enterprise technology sales cycles.

● Identify and target key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers across

● Manage the sales process from end to end inclusive of building a funnel, qualifying leads, identifying decision makers, coordinating product demonstrations, negotiating contractual and financial terms and ensuring on-going customer satisfactions post-sale

● Manage QBR’s (Quarterly Business Reviews), performance reporting, and strategic check-ins with key stakeholders

What Are We Looking For in This Role?
Minimum Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
● 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales and/or account management in a B2B or
restaurant technology company
● Prior experience responding to RFPs, negotiating long-term contracts, and working with
legal teams
● Demonstrated success in closing large, strategic accounts with multi-location customers
● Proven track record of managing complex, strategic accounts with high customer
satisfaction and revenue growth

● Salesforce experience
● Experience working with large, multi-location restaurant brands
● Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google suite of Products

Overview/General Description
We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with the Sport and Entertainment industry. Summary of This Role
Focuses on training programs/courses specific to the Sales Function including: Developing and delivering internal training courses/programs targeting new hire orientation, product training, sales process and consultative selling, sales effectiveness, presentation skills, phone selling skills, etc. Applying foundational knowledge of the Sales Function to design curriculum/content (tests, visual aids, etc.), select appropriate delivery mechanisms (i.e., classroom, webcast, e-learning, field training, etc.) and conduct training. Developing and monitoring metrics for evaluating training effectiveness, may also be accountable for broader Sales Function talent development as part of Sales functional excellence/performance improvement initiatives.

We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales professional to acquire new SMB customers within a defined local territory. This is a field-based, hunter-focused sales role selling merchant services, payment processing, and POS solutions.
Job Responsibilities
Prospect and close new business with small and mid-sized merchants
Sell payment processing, POS, and fintech solutions
Conduct in-person and outbound sales activity within your assigned territory
Manage leads, opportunities, and customer data in Salesforce
Meet or exceed established sales quotas
Required Qualifications
Must live within the Greater Indianapolis territory
1+ years of outside sales, field sales, or territory sales experience

You will work closely with your local District Manager to set appointments with business owners in person via your network and referral partnerships that you build. You will then run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Global Payments Point of Sale solutions to close sales in small to mid-sized businesses.
During the training period, your District Manager will accompany you on your initial appointments to train you on our short-cycle sales process using our CRM platforms Atlas and Salesforce, used for lead generation, sales presentations, on the spot client financial analysis and paperless contract processing.

- Responsible for prospecting new clients.
- Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; currently Atlas.
- Responsible for achieving minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure quota.
- Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up-to-date.
- Attend weekly team meeting and weekly one-on-one with leader.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
