As a CenterWell Home Health nurse, reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will provide personalized, one-on-one care that helps patients regain independence in the comfort of their homes. Working with a dedicated team of physicians and clinicians, you'll manage care plans that support recovery and help patients get back to the life they love.

As a Home Health LPN, you will:

  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients, working onsite in their homes, under the direction of an RN.
  • Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare team.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care, including documentation of patient visit, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Maintain contact with patients, physicians, clinical manager(s), and other members of the healthcare team promptly regarding patient or family needs and status changes. Participate in care coordination activities and discharge planning.

About this Job:

General Summary of Position
The Clinical Dietitian is responsible for collecting pertinent information development of appropriate care plans monitoring the status of patients counseling patient and family on special nutritional requirements consulting with other health personnel (physician nurse pharmacist case manger therapist etc.) as appropriate.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Conducts assessment for patients to establish diet and food guidelines.
  • Review patient medical orders.
  • Develop and implement an individualized plan for medical nutrition therapy in accordance with patient's medical problems goals and objectives.
  • Provide therapeutic plan for specialized nutrition support including enteral and parenteral.
  • Works cooperatively with the Food Service staff to assure conformance to diet prescriptions.

  • Completes nutritional assessment and participates in the interdisciplinary comprehensive assessments.
  • Responsible for developing or obtaining patient nutrition educations materials.

  • Monitors adherence and response to nutrition therapy adjust therapy as needed to achieve and sustain an effective nutritional status.
  • Plan menus to meet the patients' symptomatic and nutritional needs which support the palliative treatment of patients.
  • Document nutritional care plans and patient response in patient's medical record including nutritional assessment medical nutrition diagnosis recommendations and the plan of care.

  • Directs clinical supportive staff to ensure productivity and work flow.

Minimal Qualifications
Education

  • Bachelor's degree in dietetics nutrition required or

Experience

What Will You Enjoy Doing

What Will You Enjoy Doing

• Conducts unit cavity development on injection pilot machines, including setups, adjustments
   and optimization of injection processes.
• Conducts production tool qualifications at ALPLA manufacturing facilities.
• Collaborates with Packaging Managers, mold experts, product designers and other project

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our Customer Service Advisor, you will be in a lucrative sales career where your earning potential and success are unlimited! Your primary focus will be selling heavy equipment parts and service to customers to ensure their equipment is running in peak form. Think of yourself as the liaison between Pape’s Parts and Service Departments and our customers. Once they buy the equipment, it is your job to take care of them! Every day you will be responsible for relationship-based selling with our customers by determining what our customers’ needs are, recommending solutions, and providing these services to them.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Self-motivation and the desire to win.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to form strong relationships with customers.
  • Experience planning, developing, and executing sales action plans.
  • Knowledge and experience in heavy equipment parts and service.
  • Driver’s license with a good driving record.

Our client, a manufacturing company is seeking several CNC Machinists to join their team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be part of the Production team supporting Manufacturing. Job Title: CNC Machinist/Operator

Location: Grantsburg, WI

Pay Range: $25 to 34/hour depending on experience level. Quarterly profit sharing bonus included. 

Shift:  2nd & 3rd Shift, 6:30a-2:30p & 2:30p-10:30p.

 

What’s the Job?

  • Operate, set-up and adjust CNC lathes including multiple spindle CNC lathes.
  • Do Operational sequence planning; install chucks and collets, set bar stock feed mechanism and stops to perform operations such as face, turn, drill, ream, bore, tap, thread and cut off stock up to the capacity of the machine
  • Check parts produced for dimensional and finish conformance to specifications
  • Remove and reset tooling or otherwise adjust machine as required
  • Remove machined parts, bar ends and turnings from machine.

 What’s Needed?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of CNC machining experience preferred.
  • Must be competent in in the use of complicated drawings, shop mathematics, handbook formulas and a variety of precision measuring instruments.
