WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is primarily responsible for providing direct, quality clinical care and the supervision of nursing assistants working with residents assigned to each unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, infectious materials, and hazardous chemicals in accordance with the facility’s policies and procedures governing accidents and incidents.  

Qualifications

  • Must have and maintain a current, valid state LPN license  
  • Current, valid CPR certification required

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

The Weekend Supervisor (LPN, RN) is primarily responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing the weekend functions of the Nursing Department(s) to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained.

  • Maintain first impressions to welcome potential customers to experience our services and participate in survey and mock-survey campus preparedness.
  • Ensure campus is tour ready including back up team resources, tour path, model room, first impressions, and tour stations. Execute tours as necessary.
  • Provide patient care as necessary.

Work Requirements

  • Every Weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)  
  • Twelve (12) hour shifts  
  • Shift hours at the discretion of the Director of Health Services

Compensation will be determined based on the relevant license or certification held, as well as the candidate’s years of experience

Weekend Supervisor Incentive Pay Details

  • Weekend Supervisors are eligible for an additional hourly incentive of $7.00/hour for hours worked on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
  • Weekend Supervisors who pick up hours Monday – Thursday will not receive the weekend incentive for these shifts worked.
  • Weekend Supervisors are not eligible for additional shift or weekend pay differentials in addition to their weekend incentive.

This position will earn a base hourly rate between $18.45/hour and $30.00/hour and will be eligible to participate in our company tip pool. Our tip pool distributions fluctuate, and we cannot guarantee a certain distribution. However, on average, employees in this same position may make between $3.00 and $8.00 in tips per hour.

The Kitchen Expeditor, is the food expert in our building and acts as a resource for both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) partners regarding dish ingredients, allergies, and special requests. As the final check for quality control, the Expo is responsible for ensuring consistent, quality, and to-spec food is delivered to the guest every time.

Duties

  • Communicate with the team to deliver perfect food coordination.
  • Work as a team with Chef/Sous Chef, quality checking all food before it leaves the kitchen.
  • Follow all instructions and guidelines for safe usage of kitchen equipment and cleaning compounds. Report equipment problems and maintenance issues to leadership immediately.
  • Follow all food service and handling safety precautions and procedures.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years culinary experience (If you have high potential but less experience, we still want to meet you!).

Role: Floor Tech

Responsibilities

  • Perform floor care tasks, including cleaning, buffing, and refinishing floors in resident rooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Operate floor care equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain records of floor care activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
  • Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
  • Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous floor care experience is preferred but not required.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
  • Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods. 
  • Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
  • Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.
  • Able to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.
  • Residency within the service area required
