Essential Functions

  • Attends meetings/in-services/training sessions as required by Health Services Director and/or Executive Director.
  • Maintains confidentiality of residents' personal information in and out of the community and protects and supports residents' rights.
  • Communicates with residents, families, visitors, and employees in a positive manner using excellent communication skills.
  • Provides tours to potential residents and families that show how the resident's individual needs can be met and promotes the concept of care in the community.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor that encourages a positive, nurturing environment for the residents, families, vendors, and guests.

Your Impact:

Provide therapy to new patients primarily as part of a multidisciplinary team. Communicate directly with the patient's treating team members such as physicians, clinicians (CP, CPO's), nurses, social workers, psychologist and others involved with the patients' care. Advise, teach, and mentor staff regarding patients' care and progress.

Minimum Qualifications:

Physical Therapist Minimums:

  • Physical Therapists are required to have at least a Masters degree and obtain state licensing in order to practice as a physical therapist. Graduation from an accredited program of physical therapy is required to apply for licensure. (MS or DPT, PT from accredited program of physical therapy)
  • Orthotic/Prosthetic Training a plus. ACLS/AED preferred; BLS-CPR required

Assist in loadout and shipping and receiving areas which include preparing trucks and rail cars for shipment and loading products (oils, fats, process ingredients and chemicals).Monitor operating equipment (pumps, valves, pressure/temperature readings, fans and chemical treatment systems) designed to control the variables of the water treatment systems.Operate a forklift and rail equipment.Assist with weekly and monthly inspections of rotating and safety equipment such as fire monitors, fire extinguishers and hoses.Learn to perform various quality control functions for oil, biodiesel, glycerin, recovered fatty acid and water.What's Needed?
