Responsibilities

CENTER OPERATIONS

  • Understand the center’s key KPIs and financials to make informed and responsible business decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with KidStrong families that align with our core values and provide exceptional customer service.

Skills/Qualifications

Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Executive Partnership

  • Develop and execute the organization's technology vision and roadmap.

Enterprise Technology & Infrastructure

  • Provide strategic oversight of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud technologies, networks, telecommunications, and end-user support.
  • Ensure technology platforms remain secure, scalable, and reliable.
  • Lead enterprise technology initiatives from planning through implementation.

Cybersecurity & Risk

  • Guide cybersecurity strategy and information governance initiatives.
  • Support regulatory compliance, data protection, business continuity, and disaster recovery efforts.
  • Evaluate organizational technology risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Technology Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing IT organization.
  • Manage technology budgets, vendor partnerships, and strategic investments.
  • Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across technical and business teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success developing technology strategy that supports organizational growth.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, networking, enterprise systems, and IT governance.
  • Experience leading digital transformation and enterprise-wide technology implementations.
  • Proven ability to manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and complex projects.
  • Experience evaluating emerging technologies, including AI-enabled business solutions.

What We Need:

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Review, draft, and negotiate procurement contracts, supplier agreements, and related legal documents to protect Brady’s interests.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies in all procurement-related contractual matters.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal risks.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on contract interpretation, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance in procurement and other business activities.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting procurement and supply chain operations.
  • Handle commercial contracting matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer, vendor, channel, licensing, services, technology, and other business agreements.
  • Support government contracting matters, including federal, state, and local procurement requirements, flow-down obligations, subcontracting, bid and proposal support, and compliance with applicable government contract terms.
  • Advise on regulatory compliance matters affecting procurement, commercial operations, government sales, supply chain, product distribution, and related business activities.

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree, with 8+ years of experience managing and negotiating procurement contracts and agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and procurement regulations.
  • Expertise in drafting and negotiating complex procurement contracts to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Experience supporting procurement or supply chain legal matters in a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with relevant procurement laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proactive approach to identifying legal risks and providing practical solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
