Aultman Registered Nurse (RN)

The Aultman Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional nurse that provides direct, primary nursing care to patients/residents. The RN delegates and coordinates patient care, based upon a documented assessment of the patient#s/resident#s needs. The RN supervises the care provided by individuals such as licensed practical nurses, patient care technicians/state tested nursing assistants/nurse aides, medical assistants, and etc., if applicable.

Aultman Massillon Emergency Department is a free-standing ED and is comprised of 12 private exam rooms and 1 resuscitation room for patient care, and a decontamination room that contains a separate drainage tank. The ED has a common lobby area for patients and visitors, three additional sub-waiting areas located throughout the main treatment area, an EMS report room, laboratory test room, offices, and storage space. Common shared areas include the employee lounge and diagnostic services for radiologic tests. Services are provided to patients of all ages who present to the ED 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred. Current, active licensure as a Registered Nurse through the Ohio Board of Nursing. Obtain and maintain current American Heart Association (AHA) training in Basic Life Support (BLS) utilizing Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) is required. Certification preferred for RNs meeting applicable certification eligibility requirements. Membership in professional nursing organization preferred.

Obtain and maintain current American Heart Association (AHA) training in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) utilizing Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) is required. This job is designed to service all of our Commercial and Wholesale accounts located in a close proximity to the store you are domiciled from. The actual distance traveled is different at each store and is subject to change. As a Driver you will take the responsibility for filling your own orders, loading your truck, securing your load, making certain that you do not leave without the proper paperwork, and then drive to our account with the tires/product they ordered. As you arrive at the account you must first go inside to determine where they want you to unload, then move your truck to that area, then unload and assist the account with bringing the tires, and/or other products purchased from us, to a close proximity of where they need our product. Upon completion you must provide our account with all paperwork and receive a signature. You will be required to take scrap tires from the account but only do this at the direction of your supervisor. Sometimes you will take the scrap as you are there, sometimes you will come back later in the day and sometimes you will come back another day. Upon completion of all this you will then need to go on to your next stop or return back to your store. If at any time you have any issue or problem you are immediately required to contact your supervisor for direction. At no time should you perform any illegal driving acts. It is your license and you are responsible for maintaining it, not the company.

Position Summary: The decisions made by a Union Representative/Organizer can have profound effects on worker's lives. Job Functions:

  • Work with the Executive Board members, shop stewards and committee representatives to design and implement campaigns to build organizational power and be responsible for the effective functioning of the Union including leadership identification, recruitment, development, and training of members, stewards, and new.
  • Design and implement organizing campaigns to win Union recognition for unorganized workplaces, building organizing committees, identifying issues, leadership identification and development, and preparing workers for NLRB, MMBA and other elections, and/or strategic and recognition.
  • Exercise leadership, training and motivation to build and maintain a steward system designed to empower and mobilize workers through contract negotiation, contract enforcement, and other issues and disputes affecting workers. Manufacturing Engineering Technician

The Manufacturing Engineering Technician supports manufacturing engineering activities by assisting with CNC machining processes, production improvements, work instruction development, and implementation of manufacturing systems.

This is a 1st shift position, working 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with overtime as production demands require.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Create, revise, and maintain manufacturing work instructions and process documentation.
  • Participate in the Process Change Request (PCR) process by documenting submissions, implementation, progress, and conclusions.
  • Support Manufacturing Engineers with new product launches, process development, tooling implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform CNC machine setup, tooling changes, offsets, and process adjustments as needed.
  • Review CMM inspection results and assist in troubleshooting machining and quality issues.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining production standards.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Production, IT, Maintenance, and suppliers to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
  • Assist with equipment installation, startup, and validation activities.
  • Train production employees on new equipment, tooling, manufacturing processes, and work instructions.
  • Evaluate manufacturing layouts, workflow, tooling, and equipment to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Utilize SolidWorks or other CAD software to support tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and quality management systems, including IATF 16949:2016.
  • Participate in Open Book Management processes.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Work is performed in both an office setting and a manufacturing environment. Regular exposure to machining equipment, moving mechanical parts, noise, and varying temperatures should be expected.

The physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, and use hands to handle tools and equipment. The employee will work both at a computer workstation and on the manufacturing floor throughout the day and must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Other qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering Technology, CNC Programming, Automotive Technology, or a related field preferred. Equivalent education and machining experience will be considered.
  • Three to five years of machining experience required.
  • CNC setup and programming experience required.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing engineering projects preferred.
  • Experience creating and maintaining production documentation and work instructions preferred.
  • Strong understanding of machining practices, tooling, GD&T, blueprint reading, and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to interpret CMM inspection reports and quality inspection data.
  • Experience using SolidWorks or other CAD software preferred.
  • Experience with ERP/MES or other manufacturing software systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
  • Experience working within an IATF 16949 or ISO quality management system preferred.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across departments.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
