The Role

As a Therapeutic Specialty Representative (TSR), youll be on the front lines of a critical product launch, introducing Anaphylm to healthcare providers. Anaphylm has the potential to be the first and only FDA-approved, non-invasive, orally delivered epinephrine product for the treatment of severe allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis. If approved, people at risk for severe allergic reactions would have a device-free, needle-free epinephrine option. Similar in size to a postage stamp, Anaphylm is administered as a thin, dissolvable film placed under the tongue.

As a Therapeutic Specialty Representative (TSR), you will educate healthcare providers on how Anaphylm is designed to address barriers that prevent patients from carrying and administering epinephrine, building trusted relationships to drive adoption of Anaphylm. Strategic Territory Development

Responsibilities

  • Conduct all related paperwork and other duties associated with billing orientation.
  • Collect co-pays, self-pays and produce cash receipts.
  • Review other methods of payment such as third-party and Medicaid.
  • Assist patients with Medicaid applications, obtain patient ID, rent receipts, SS#, birth certificate and other necessary documentation to complete the application.
  • Utilize the H.I.T. system to enter all billing information, system audits and update all relevant data as needed.
  • Works with patients, third party payers, Medicaid, State and Federal agencies to collect payment, address questions and resolve concerns.
  • Confirm benefit eligibility and determine level of benefits.
  • Obtain Pre-Authorization from insurance companies for services if patient has not done so.

  • Prepares weekly and monthly reports of Medicaid billing for the Manager of Revenue Cycle Management and Medical Records.
  • Maintain an orderly flow of patients. Ensure patients are directed to the appropriate area after they have checked in.
  • Initiate cash receipt and collect cash, check, and credit card payments for all patients.
  • Complete chart audits after patient have terminated from the program.
  • Provide Reception Desk coverage when necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Degree /GED required, Associate's degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid and Third-Party claim procedures.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in Accounts Receivables.

Snowmakers will assist with day-to-day operations in the safe production of a suitable snow surface and will work as a member of a team of snowmakers. As a snowmaker, you will learn how to perform snow quality checks, snow gun adjustments, assembly and operation of all types of snow guns, and equipment placement on trails. In this job you will be working long hours, overnights and exposed to the elements. This important role is critical to getting the ski season up and running.

Essential duties & responsibilities (include the following, other duties may be assigned):

  • Reads, understand, and applies techniques found in the Jay Peak Snowmaking Operations and Safety Manual.
  • Participates in training to become proficient in safe fire-up, operation, adjustment, and shut-down of all types of snow guns, and high pressure hoses and hydrants associated with them.
  • Receives training and becomes acquainted with the location, safe actuation, and manipulation of pipeline distribution valves in their respective on-mountain valve stations.
  • Receives training in the geography and trail/place names for all snowmaking related locations.
  • Expects to work 12 hour shifts as scheduled by Snowmaking Shift Lead.
  • Receives training on how to be self-reliant for unknown periods of time in harsh winter conditions, on extreme terrain, and perform tasks in these conditions.
  • Receives training from Snowmaking Shift Lead, Snowmaking Supervisor, or Risk Manager in the safe use of ATV's and Snowmobiles in mountainous conditions.
  • Receives training to become proficient in all aspects of pump house and compressor operations, including how to read, interpret and communicate readings on the control to system to the crew in the field.
  • Other duties as assigned, which could be directly related, or un-related to original position.
