Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Function as the manager in charge when Site Manager is unavailable.

  • Responsible for training Fast Pass sales techniques to the team
  • Professionally responds to voicemails and emails in a timely manner.

  • Complete knowledge of Car Wash vacuum system operation
  • Able to clean the vacuum system (pressure washing the system)
  • Support the Site Manager during monthly team meetings.
  • Assist with on-site Supervisor Courses
  • Supervise teammates completing PM and assess if further training is needed.
  • Complete the GSR Daily Breakdown

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • High school diploma plus 6 months to 1 year retail and management work experience preferred.

Experience

Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory/management role. Candidates with supervisory experience from a Big Box environment or auto industry, car wash or lube store are encouraged to apply.

This person must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols which means this person will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as, but not limited to hearing, eye, foot, hand protection.

The team member must be capable of performing their responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education:

Experience:

  • Seven (7) or more years of prior Federal tax client service experience, required

The position will be responsible for sorting and packaging orders and processing shipments in an accurate manner.

  • Reads shipping orders to determine items to be gathered, staged and assembled.
  • Conveys materials from receiving area to production or storage.

  • Marks materials with identifying information.
  • Operates forklift, hand trucks, or dolly to convey items.
