Senior Director of Channel Sales, AI cybersecurity, Remote
Planet Green Search
Saint Louis, MO

Senior Director of Channel Sales, AI Cybersecurity, Remote

We are a fast-growing, venture-backed cybersecurity company building the next-generation autonomous data security platform. Our solution automates data loss prevention (DLP) and insider risk management (IRM) in modern environments, protecting sensitive unstructured data across endpoints, SaaS applications, email, cloud storage, GenAI tools, and more.

In an era of rapid data explosion and AI adoption, we deliver real-time, AI-driven protection with minimal manual effort, near-zero false positives, and enterprise-grade scalability. We're serving large enterprises, experiencing strong traction, and expanding aggressively in a massive, high-demand market.

The Opportunity

As Senior Director of Channel Sales, you will own and scale our global channel and partnerships program from the ground up. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role reporting directly to executive leadership. You'll design and execute the channel strategy that accelerates our go-to-market through resellers, system integrators, MSSPs, GSIs, technology alliances, and referral partners in the cybersecurity ecosystem.

This is an ideal role for a proven channel leader who has successfully built and scaled partner programs at high-growth cybersecurity or SaaS companies and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy, including partner recruitment, enablement, tiering, and program frameworks.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners (VARs, distributors, MSSPs, GSIs, and technology alliance partners) to drive significant indirect revenue growth.
  • Build and lead a high-performing channel team (as the program scales), including channel managers and partner marketing resources.
  • Own executive-level partner relationships; negotiate joint business plans, co-selling agreements, and aligned incentive structures.
  • Collaborate closely with direct sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to enable seamless channel support, deal registration, SPIFs/MDF, and conflict resolution.
  • Design and manage partner programs, including certification/training, partner portals, deal registration processes, pricing/spiffs, and performance metrics.
  • Drive partner-sourced and influenced pipeline/revenue to meet aggressive quarterly and annual targets.
  • Analyze channel performance; forecast accurately and deliver executive-level reporting on partner health, ROI, and growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, partner conferences, and cybersecurity ecosystems.
  • Stay current on cybersecurity channel trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving partner needs in DLP/IRM/data security.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of channel/partnership sales experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software; at least 5 years in a senior channel leadership role (Director/VP level).
  • Proven track record of building and scaling channel programs that contribute 30%+ of total company revenue at high-growth companies (Series AC or later-stage cybersecurity vendors preferred).
  • Deep existing relationships with key cybersecurity channel players (e.g., Optiv, GuidePoint, SHI, CDW, Presidio, Deloitte, PwC, Accenture, and major technology alliance ecosystems).
  • Demonstrated success recruiting and managing MSSPs, GSIs, and technology alliances.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity buying motions, compliance drivers, and data security solutions.
  • Exceptional executive presence; experience negotiating complex partner agreements and presenting to C-level audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM/PRM tools, channel analytics, and forecasting.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
  • Willingness to travel ~4050% (partner meetings, events, QBRs).

Why Join Us?

  • Join a high-growth startup addressing a critical need in one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity segments.
  • Significant equity opportunity in a well-funded company with proven product-market fit.
  • Competitive base salary, uncapped accelerators, and full benefits.
  • Collaborative culture with experienced cybersecurity professionals.

If you're a channel leader excited to build a transformative partner ecosystem in a high-potential cybersecurity company, we'd love to hear from you.

Product Manager, Enterprise
Brellium
New York, NY

Brellium Product Manager Opportunity

Brellium's mission is to improve the standard of care across the US healthcare system. We've built AI-powered technology that helps healthcare providers deliver safer, higher-quality care - starting with the first real-time medical review platform built to fix clinical and compliance risks before they impact patients. Each year, 1 in 20 people in the U.S. experiences a medical diagnostic or compliance-related mistake. Most providers lack the time, staffing, and tools to mitigate these issues - so they go unnoticed, impacting care quality and increasing clinical and financial risk. Brellium is building the AI-powered platform that helps providers deliver safer, more consistent care by mitigating risk early and aligning patient visits with clinical best practices. Our goal is to give every provider in the U.S. the tools to deliver clinically excellent, data-driven care - at scale. Brellium was founded in 2021. Since then, we've grown to serve over 250,000 providers across all 50 states who use Brellium to take better care of their patients and ensure data-driven, compliant care. We're a Series A company with over $30MM in funding from First Round Capital, Left Lane Capital, and Menlo Ventures.

We're hiring our next Product Manager for the Enterprise side of Brellium. You'll own the product our enterprise customers live in every day: every interface a customer touches, the integrations that connect us to their EMR, and the implementation process that gets them live.

Enterprise healthcare customers are demanding, their data is messy, and their timelines are real. Your job is to ensure Brellium is a product that a 5000-clinician organization can adopt in weeks instead of quarters; and to build the loop making the next customer faster than the last.

What You'll Own

Customer-facing surface area. The web app, our notifications service, reporting, our API, and permissions. Everything a customer sees, uses, and administers.

EMR integrations. The connective tissue of the product. You'll decide what we build, what we buy, and how we make integrating with a new EMR go from a project to a configuration.

Implementations. Large enterprise rollouts, where you'll be close to the customer and accountable for time-to-value. And productizing our smaller implementations, turning repeated manual work into product so the team scales without headcount.

What You'll Do

  • Own problems end-to-end: discovery, definition, build, launch, and the follow-through after launch.
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering. You'll be in the technical detail on integrations, data models, and permissions enough to make real tradeoffs instead of just relaying them.
  • Turn implementation work into product. Find the manual steps, the spreadsheets, and the one-off scripts, and replace them.
  • Partner with sales, CS, and implementation on live accounts and bring what you learn back into the roadmap.
  • Sit with providers and administrators. Understand their workflow before proposing a solution.

You'll Be Great At This If

  • You have 36+ years in product at a B2B SaaS company with a genuinely high product bar, and you can point to what you shipped there.
  • You've worked deeply with an engineering organization. You're comfortable in technical discussions on APIs, integrations, and data, and engineers seek you out rather than tolerate you.
  • You've owned something with real customers and real consequences, ideally including enterprise accounts, integrations, or implementation.
  • You're a clear, concise communicator who can hold a line on priorities across engineering, GTM, and customers.
  • You learn domains fast. Healthcare compliance is learnable; the willingness to go deep is not.
  • You balance intuition and data, and you're comfortable deciding without complete information.
  • You are technical enough to prototype, query the database, or read the code.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with healthcare data or EMR integrations.
  • Background in a delivery, forward-deployed, or implementation-adjacent product role.

Compensation: $175,000 - $240,000

We are committed to offering a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package, including robust health benefits, commuter benefits, and meaningful ownership opportunities through equity. Compensation decisions are made holistically, ensuring fairness and alignment with market benchmarks while recognizing individual contributions and potential.

Benefits Offered Include:

  • 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
  • Equity Compensation
  • Dinner Provided via DoorDash & stocked kitchen for NY employees
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage coverage of up to 100% premiums for you and your family
  • HSA / FSA
  • 11 paid holidays each year
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Training and professional development
  • Hybrid Work Schedule (4 days onsite, 3 if located > 1 hour away)

What It Means To Be "One of Us"

Bias to Action: Brellium teammates do not wait to make reversible decisions or seek unnecessary approval. We quickly decide and move forward. If the decision was incorrect, we quickly reverse it and move forward.

Thinks for themselves: Brellium teammates do not take things at face value. We ask "why" until base truth is reached. If a better solution is present, Brellium teammates use it, regardless of status quo.

Negative Maintenance: The opposite of high maintenance isn't low maintenance - it's negative maintenance. Brellium teammates are poised under pressure, self-motivated, self-improving, self-disciplined, self-aware, and non-defensive.

Expect Excellence: We hold ourselves to exceptionally high and continuously rising standards. We strive for thoughtfulness in our decision making, and for speed and quality in our execution. We acknowledge trade-offs and communicate proactively.

Communicate with Clarity: Brellium teammates communicate concisely, directly, and purposefully. We optimize for ensuring our points are easily understood the first time.
