Responsibilities

  • Review Customer Delivery Files for all proper documentation, data, missing paperwork and required compliance

The Behavior Technician is responsible for delivering one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with autism. RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide independent Second Line of Defense oversight and credible challenge of enterprise AI governance activities, including AI risk identification, risk assessment, control expectations, monitoring, reporting, issue management, and escalation.
  • Assess whether first-line AI governance, control, testing, validation, and monitoring practices are appropriately designed and operating in alignment with enterprise risk appetite, AI policy, risk management standards, and applicable regulatory expectations.
  • Support risk governance program expectations for AI agents and agentic AI systems, including requirements related to autonomy, delegated decision-making, tool and API access, task boundaries, auditability, and kill-switch or deactivation protocols.
  • Establish and maintain oversight expectations for material changes to AI systems, including changes to models, data sources, prompts, tools, permissions, integrations, autonomy, and intended use, and challenge whether reassessment, retesting, approval, restriction, or deactivation is required.
  • Evaluate risks associated with generative AI and agentic AI use cases, including inaccurate or misleading outputs, inappropriate system actions, prompt injection, data leakage, privacy concerns, bias, explainability, security vulnerabilities, third-party dependencies, operational resiliency, and model or system drift.
  • Provide oversight and challenge of AI use case intake, classification, approval, monitoring, inventory, and material change processes to ensure appropriate governance coverage across the AI lifecycle and visibility into aggregate enterprise exposure, common dependencies, and concentration risk.
  • Review AI risk assessment and ongoing monitoring outputs and challenge whether risks, controls, testing evidence, residual risk conclusions, limitations, compensating controls, risk acceptances, and continued-use decisions are sufficiently documented and supported.
  • Partner with Model Risk Management, Technology Risk, Operational Risk, Compliance, Privacy, Information Security, Legal, Internal Audit, and business risk teams to ensure AI governance expectations are consistently interpreted and applied across the enterprise.
  • Monitor emerging AI and agentic AI risks, industry practices, regulatory developments, and internal control themes; translate relevant developments into actionable oversight considerations.
  • Support governance reporting for senior management and risk committees by developing concise insights on the enterprise AI risk posture, alignment with risk appetite, material exposures, concentration and dependency risks, control themes, open issues, and areas requiring escalation.
  • Support audit, regulatory exam, and issue response activities related to AI governance, including evidence review, management responses, remediation oversight, and validation of completed actions.

The Import analyst will report to the Trade Operations Manager for US and Canada.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND five (5) years of experience in import operations, import trade compliance, and/or logistics in a private, public, government, or military environment OR
  • High School Diploma/GED (completed prior to start) AND nine (9) years of experience in import operations, import trade compliance, and/or logistics in a private, public, government, or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master's degree (completed and verified prior to start)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide an atmosphere that will stimulate resident's development of self-confidence and self-worth.
  • Be responsible as a Direct Support Professional on duty for residents including program development, daily goal work, and proper documentation.
  • Be active with residents at all appropriate times, stimulating positive social interactions.
  • Provide education and assistance to residents in managing resident’s personal funds.
  • Complete daily, weekly, quarterly and annual documentation for all residents.
  • Provide a positive, supportive atmosphere toward residents and other staff.
  • Maintain open and honest communication with the Program Director and other staff, promoting the concepts of teamwork and support.

Description:

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and financial performance of assigned facilities maintenance and construction projects, from award through closeout. This role partners closely with Construction Managers, clients, and internal support teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.



Core Responsibilities: 


Project Planning & Execution

· Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and staffing plans

· Oversee project execution to ensure work is completed in accordance with contract requirements and quality standards

· Identify and manage project risks, escalating issues as needed


Financial Management

· Manage project budgets, including cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis

· Prepare and process change orders, pay applications, and invoicing

· Review subcontractor and vendor contracts and invoices for accuracy

· Monitor and manage margin sustainability across assigned accounts


Client & Stakeholder Relations

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

· Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to clients and leadership

· Manage client expectations and resolve escalated issues

· Develop and track project-specific key performance indicators (KPIs) in partnership with clients


Team Leadership & Coordination

· Direct and coordinate the work of Construction Managers, Project Coordinators, and subcontractors

· Partner with Estimating on project handoff and scope clarification

· Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of assigned project staff

· Mentor and train Project Coordinators and new hires, modeling professionalism and client service standards


Contract & Compliance Management

· Ensure compliance with contract terms, permits, and regulatory requirements

· Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, submittals, and closeout records

· Support risk management and insurance/bonding requirements as needed

· Perform due diligence with local municipalities and coordinate with permit expeditors as needed

· Manage the qualifying and vetting of subcontractor proposals and project bids

Requirements:
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-8 years of project management experience in construction or facilities maintenance
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract management
  • Proficiency with project management and scheduling software, as well as work order management (WOM) systems
  • Valid driver’s license, with local travel required for site visits


Preferred:

  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and client management skills

Supervisory Responsibilities:


  • This position directly supervises Project Coordinators and Construction Managers assigned to their projects, and provides work direction to subcontractors.


Work Environment/Physical & Visual Demands:


  • This position works a consistent schedule Monday to Friday, typically within standard office hours; overtime may be necessary or required.
  • This position requires regular travel between the office and job sites, and local travel of up to 40% may be required.
  • Physical Demands: Speaking, Listening, Writing, Sitting, Keystroke, Standing, Walking, Climbing stairs/ladders, Reaching, Bending, Grasping, and Light work, requiring lifting up to 25lbs.
  • Visual Demands: Visual acuity to perform activities such as reviewing plans, viewing a computer terminal, and inspecting job sites.
  • Environmental Conditions: This position splits time between an indoor office environment and active construction/maintenance sites, with periodic exposure to varying weather and noise conditions
