Account Executive

The Account Executive is responsible for the profitable operation of an assigned branch office. This includes overall responsibility for: achieving profit results consistent with established expectations, implementing a consistent business development program to maximize billable hours and sales growth, thereby increasing market share and operating profits, and implementing and managing quality standards program.

Primary Functions

• Implement and monitor quality standards for all services rendered.
• Implement and manage a detailed marketing program of personal sales calls, telephone sales, direct mail in-office demonstrations and public relations for assigned branch.
• Direct and manage customer development activities, including face-to-face customer contact to create and develop a good business relationship with existing and inactive customers and retain and build additional revenues
• Implement and monitor activities designed to recruit, train and retain temporary employees needed to fill all available assignments.
• Implement bill/pay structure to ensure a proper gross profit level in conjunction with management team
• Determine customer credit extensions with assistance from the corporate credit department.
• Implement corporate collection policies and procedures.
• Assist management in the annual preparation of a detailed forecast including projected billable hours, sales, gross profit and net profit (manage expenses necessary to achieve the desired net operating profit).
• All other duties that may arise to assist in the success of Surge
• Must maintain 1500 billable hours

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalency in work experience and education required.
• Previous experience in sales, human resources, or a service industry required.
• Strong sales/marketing skills needed to meet business development goals.
• Proven track record for successful business development.
• Extensive internet recruiting experience.
• Strong PC skills and the ability to navigate within the Surge system
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong customer service skills.
• Ability to advise, counsel, guide, and negotiate with others (e.g., staff, temporaries).
• Ability to develop (i.e., through teaching, training, etc.) the professional skills of employees.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate people, data, and things to determine courses of action.
• Ability to effectively and tactfully deal with people.
• Ability to shift back and forth between two or more tasks.
• Ability to understand and accurately apply basic math skills.
• Ability to make competent use of work related equipment and materials.

Risk Director

Vanguard's Personal Wealth division helps individuals and families achieve their financial goals through a broad spectrum of advice and wealth management solutions. Brokerage & Investments oversees a complex portfolio that includes equity, options, and fixed income trading platforms; margin and fully paid lending programs; client eligibility and financial benefit frameworks; 529 plans; tax, cost basis, and regulatory reporting capabilities; product and platform governance; alternative investment offerings; and emerging capabilities such as digital assets and tokenization. We are seeking a Risk Director to provide independent risk oversight, credible challenge, and strategic risk advisory support across this diverse portfolio.

The Risk Director will be expected to understand the unique risks associated with trading, lending, investor eligibility and benefit programs, tax and reporting functions, product governance, alternative investments, digital assets, and tokenization initiatives. The successful candidate will partner closely with business, technology, operations, legal, compliance, and audit stakeholders to strengthen risk management practices, enhance governance and control effectiveness, and provide thoughtful risk-based guidance that enables innovation while protecting Vanguard, its clients, and its reputation.

Responsibilities include hiring, evaluating, and supervising crew; partnering with key stakeholders to establish and implement risk and control management standards; providing independent oversight of Line 1 risk activities; monitoring and enabling adherence to the enterprise risk governance policies; producing independent risk reporting and enterprise-wide insights; leading and overseeing a team of risk practitioners; developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge and awareness of industry, risk management practices, and regulatory and/or policy changes; embedding deep, division-specific acumen into risk management; participating in special projects; and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in wealth management and/or personal investment advisory services, with at least 8 years of risk management experience; undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred; hands-on masterly of operational risk frameworks and control assurance; demonstrated people leadership capabilities; exceptional communicator and strategic thinker; and special subject matter expertise in FINRA broker-dealer regulations, Regulation Best Interest (Reg BI), margin lending, options products, securities lending / fully paid lending, 529 plans, tax and cost basis reporting, regulatory reporting, product and platform governance, market structure and trading platforms, operational risk and control frameworks.

Job Summary:

Provides general medical care under the direction of a licensed provider to patients in an outpatient clinic setting. This position works directly with a franchised business location. The specific job duties and benefits can vary between franchises.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain patient vitals, medical history, and reason for visit, and prepare the patient for a physical exam
• Explain prescribed procedures and treatments to patients
• Ensure all ordered tests are performed accurately and in a timely manner
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with the approved procedure
• Draw blood and preparation labs for reference lab processing and/or in-house processing
• Perform laboratory tests, lab-quality controls, and equipment maintenance according to written instructions
• Respond to all lab messages and call back requests
• Perform all drug screening procedures in accordance with established rules and regulations
• Ensure patient immunizations are well documented and administered in accordance with the approved procedure
• Conduct physician referrals as well as service pre-certifications on an as-needed basis
• Prepare exam rooms; sterilize instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. AMT registered and AAMA Certified Medical Assistants are preferred.

The Manager, FP&A PLK US&C is responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for the Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen (PLK) U.S. & Canada businesses. This role will provide financial insights and strategic decision support to business leaders, helping translate financial and operational performance into clear actions and recommendations.

The Manager will own key FP&A processes, including annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, monthly and quarterly performance reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis. The role will partner closely with cross-functional leaders across Operations, Marketing, Development, Brand Finance, and other corporate functions to understand business performance, identify opportunities and risks, and support informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, communicate with senior stakeholders, and turn complex financial information into a compelling business story. This role will also help advance the organization's use of AI, automation, and data-driven tools to improve the speed, quality, and efficiency of FP&A processes.

RBI follows a 5-day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full cycle of financial planning for assigned PLK US&C business areas, including results reporting, annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Own the preparation and delivery of monthly and quarterly financial performance reporting for senior management, providing clear variance analysis and actionable insights into actual results versus budget, forecast, and prior-year performance.
• Serve as a trusted finance business partner to cross-functional leaders, developing a strong understanding of business drivers and providing financial perspectives that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, concise narratives and recommendations for senior executives and non-financial stakeholders.
• Lead deep-dive analyses and ad hoc projects to address ambiguous business questions, identify performance drivers, and uncover opportunities for improved financial and operational outcomes.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve existing FP&A processes, reporting, and analytical tools; develop and implement solutions that improve accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
• Leverage AI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, and similar technologies, as well as automation techniques such as Python, SQL, and Power BI, to enhance forecasting, reporting, analysis, and decision support.
• Utilize financial systems, databases, and reporting tools to extract, analyze, and interpret data while maintaining a high standard of financial data quality and integrity.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives and special projects that have meaningful financial or strategic impact on the PLK US&C businesses.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, analytical rigor, accountability, and data-driven decision-making within FP&A.
• Provide guidance and support to more junior team members, sharing technical knowledge, analytical approaches, and best practices.

Skills & Experience

• 3 5 years of progressive experience in investment banking, management consulting, Big 4, corporate FP&A, strategic finance, or a related analytical finance role; experience in a consumer, restaurant, retail, or other multi-unit operating environment is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or another quantitative field; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis capabilities, with the ability to understand and communicate the key drivers behind business performance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications; strong working knowledge of SAP, OneStream, Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical and visualization tools is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve financial workflows, analysis, reporting, and productivity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial analysis in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to senior executives and non-financial audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities, deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines, and effectively navigate ambiguity.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence decisions across functions and levels of the organization.
• Proven problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity, with a demonstrated ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, develop recommendations, and drive solutions through implementation.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting the development of junior team members is a plus.
