General Description:

Quipt Home Medical is seeking a Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist with experience in providing respiratory care to patients in the home setting. The respiratory therapist will be responsible for setting up respiratory equipment in a prompt manner after receiving physicians' orders for prescribed respiratory equipment. The successful candidate will have experience with ventilator management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up and delivery of respiratory equipment including, but not limited to, non-invasive ventilators and BiPAPs in the hospital and home setting
  • Completes delivery and pick up paperwork promptly and accurately
  • Provides patients with instruction on the proper use, maintenance and safety of their medical equipment
  • Performing follow up phone calls with patients after respiratory equipment is set up
  • Providing follow up care in the home setting as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Clean driving record

Responsibilities

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you'll deliver comprehensive skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, supporting recovery, chronic disease management, and overall health goals while helping individuals remain safely in the comfort of their own environment.

This role is ideal for an RN who values clinical independence, critical thinking, and building strong relationships with patients and families over time. You'll manage a caseload of patients from admission through discharge, providing skilled nursing care, conducting assessments, and developing individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Working closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team, you'll coordinate services, make informed clinical decisions, and play a central role in shaping patient outcomes and supporting each person's journey toward greater health and independence.

  • Training takes place Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., for the first 2-4 weeks

Required Qualification

  • Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting

The associate position is integral to maintaining efficient warehouse distribution and inventory control. Operating with general instruction from management, the role requires a clear understanding of basic process flows to execute core activities, including but not limited to, accurate product receiving, accurate order selection, and accurate shipping. Key duties involve utilization of Material Handling Equipment- specifically class 1 or 3 trucks, RF scanners, and the ability to operate packaging machinery (banding, stretch wrap, etc.) to expertly prepare products for transportation in and out of the warehouse.
